And nothing, so good as always that I didn't even take photographs! Perfectly cooked salmon tataki and tasty tonnarelli cacio e pepe with truffle. Great place also for the excellent cocktails prepared. Definitely competent and friendly.

The pacheri, very good, al dente pasta with a very well cooked and simple sauce. The plin was a little overcooked, although the flavor was good. The polenta with mushroom porcini was “curious”, too much unrecognizable sauce. The “Vegetable Tris” was sad. The desserts, expensive because they are in a glass (those new presentations in a jar or glass glass that make everything equal): tiramisu, edible although with little coffee; The panna cotta was uncooked cream with red fruits from non-homemade jam 🤷♀️. Total: 62 euros. Thank you

Beautiful place under the arcades in Piazza Galimberti, found on TheFirk while we were shopping in Cuneo. Staff, very kind and friendly, excellent food and first choice raw materials. Highly recommended, we will return to visit them.

A perfect evening in the heart of Cuneo
We recently had the pleasure of dining in a restaurant in the center of Cuneo and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends.
The menu offers a mix of traditional Piedmontese dishes and innovative proposals, all prepared with high quality ingredients.
The service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive and prompt. The wine list is also accompanied by a very varied selection of drinks and cocktails.
For us who were in Cuneo for the first time, this restaurant was the right choice. Advised.!
