In a wonderful venue in the beating heart of Cuneo. Kindness and hospitality reign supreme. Highly qualified and helpful staff, excellent dishes with the highest quality 0km raw materials! Really recommended!!!

Very central location, very nice room, very well furnished. Excellent, delicious cuisine. with The Fork there was also a nice discount, which doesn't hurt.

We book with the fork. We arrive on time and I found the internal environment beautiful and the welcome adequate. We choose to sit outside, the menu was interesting and after having taken some time to choose only while ordering we were told that the chosen starter was not there, so more time to choose again. We decided on the wine they were told that they were going to see if there was still any 🤔. The water arrived, the bread, the starter and we asked for the wine again, apologizing for the forgetfulness they said they would bring it straight away. Once the appetizers were finished, the wine had not yet arrived, so we asked not to bring it anymore. Speaking of the dishes, my veal with tuna was really too dry, the meat was overcooked and not pink and the sauce made the old fashioned way was too dry, my partner had fried pan with raw meat, I would say it was really good! We arrive at the other course: paccheri with burrata and aubergines, good sauce, unfortunately there were some raw paccheri and others well cooked, as if they were from two different dishes and not hot, the hamburger instead was overcooked and when they served it with 'salad they didn't bring us the dressings which we had to ask for twice. Having said this, for me the biggest mistake was that of the wine, but not the forgetfulness itself, but not having tried in the slightest to make up for it by asking if we had at least liked a glass since we were halfway through dinner by now, but nothing, and the owner (I think) during the bill he tried to justify himself by saying "we had problems with the wine cellar and the whites weren't cold so we didn't bring them 🤔🤔" and I replied that it was enough to say so maybe we would have chosen red, or beer, but not serving it leaving us without the drink was unprofessional and polite.

Close to the Place of parking and shops. I had a good time and tasted good food for a good price. A must do!

Posto ideale in ambiente riservato e molto carino per pranzo cena oppure dopocena. Il servizio è ottimo ed il personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Bel locale recentemente rinnovato. Il servizio un pochino lento ma abbastanza attento. Pecca sul brunch: portano tutto insieme, non ci sta nemmeno tutto sul tavolo e le pietanze si raffreddano completamente.
