Per lavoro a Cuneo io e la mia signora abbiamo deciso di ritagliarci un momento per noi con una cena e spinti dalle ottime recensioni abbiamo scelto Gali'. Gia dalla prenotazione telefonica abbiamo capito che ci saremo trovati in un ambiente molto professionale ma cordiale e simpatico. Al nostro arrivo tutto confermato con una gran bella accoglienza con la maitre. Al tavolo osiamo stati seguiti con attenzione ma sopratutto una grande simpatia da Federico ( un grande esperto di enogastronomia) e Korallin ( non so come si scrive il suo nome ma e' una deliziosa ragazza del Camerum) Ma non e' solo accoglienza. Una cucina molto ben organizzata. Piatti ben studiati con materie prime di valore e ben cucinate. Tradizione e innovazione si sposano alla perfezione proprio nel pieno centro di Cuneo.
