We booked lunch with The fork (with an excellent offer), as soon as we arrived we noticed the environment with attention to detail, elegant, relaxing with excellent background music. The dishes we ate satisfied us fully: we ate a raw appetizer with fried pasta balls and a slice of meat with truffle, a second course and a peppered fillet cooked perfectly rare. A place to recommend for us!

Pleasant restaurant in the center of Cuneo, quick and friendly service, starters of parmigiana and delicious panbrioches with anchovies, cacio e pepe (choice without truffles) well made and cut with tasty herbs.

11/11/2024: Dietro ad un passaparola della Zocca emiliana siamo riusciti ad arrivare da Filippo! E che dire…la realtà è stata maggiore della immaginazione: i tajarin,il coniglio,la sua insalatina,la pesca caramellata bastano per inginocchiarsi davanti a questa eccellenza di chef che diventa una persona umile e normale quando passa al tavolo perché vuole sentire le critiche e magari anche due parole sul Blasco per poi dire, grazie di essere stati qui. Circa 310 km ci sono voluti per arrivare ma sicuramente a breve li rifaremo perché meritano la destinazione! Grazie Filippo di questo atelier di arte culinaria!
09/11/2024: It took me a while since October 30th to review it but The Filippo Oste restaurant in Albaretto Torre is a truly special place, ideal for an unforgettable evening. The location is splendid, nestled in the hills of the Langhe, and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Their famous skewer is a real delight, prepared with care and passion, and a must try! I celebrated my birthday here, and his wife was incredibly attentive, treating me with kindness and helpfulness, even towards my food intolerances. It's rare to find a restaurant so thoughtful of its guests. Highly recommended for those looking for quality and an authentic experience.
