A warm and sweet authentic Milanese restaurant. Foods and alcohols here are so amazing, unique and delicious. It’s a memorable place for foreign visitors to pay a visit here; a perfect place with friends and family. Mindful decors. I LOOOOOVE meatball mondeghini, cauliflower steak, and Polenta & porcini mushrooms!!

I haven't been to this restaurant in years. Yesterday, while I was passing through Milan, I decided to return. New management. All very good.

Siamo tornati alla Geleria dopo circa 5 anni costatando un cambio della gestione e dello chef. Il locale è rimasto lo stesso, quindi decisamente carino, caldo, accogliente... Ora i piatti, però, sono molto più generosi e saporiti. Io ho provato, dividendoli, il risotto con ossobuco e la cotoletta di vitello con osso. Porzioni abbandondanti, riso cotto alla perfezione, ossobuco che si scioglieva in bocca, cotoletta con la panatura che non tendeva a staccarsi. I piatti non sono economici perché per cotoletta e risotto con ossobuco siamo sui 30 euro a piatto. Abbiamo voluto provare anche la polenta concia e la polenta con funghi mettendola al centro tra i vari commensali. Da bere una bottiglia di San Colombano doc riserva "Vigna Roverone". Non la conoscevo, ma vino decisamente buono. In 7, considerando un piatto a testa, 3 polente, 4 dolci e una bottiglia di vino abbiamo speso 45 euro cadauno. Non è economico considerando anche il ricarico dei vini però è tra i ristoranti milanesi migliori provati. Particolarmente gradito, in cassa ci hanno offerto l'amaro/limoncello. Il locale è dotato di parcheggio riservato.

Beautiful Osteria, a stone's throw from Città Studi but outside the chaos of Milan. Nice menu and good service. Unfortunately we tried 2 risottos (Longobardo and the one accompanying the osso bucco), both beyond the cooking limit. It was a Friday night with a full house and it was definitely worth trying again

Quattro stelle piene per un locale che ci ha soddisfatto. Trovato per puro caso siamo stati accolti nella sala interna , molto curata direi e abbiamo subito iniziato la cena. Risotto alla milanese veramente buono, cotoletta che sembrava veramente l'orecchio di un elefante,vino, dolce, caffe e grappa, per un conto di € 70 a testa circa... non bassissimo ma ci stava.
