We wanted to have a sushi and pizza experience...and I must say we were completely satisfied...with refined flavors and quality raw materials..we will be back soon.

What can I say... It was a fabulous discovery, and above all, I've never had such a good, albeit very unusual, pizza. A cross between a pan pizza and a pinsa, a very light, delicious dough with excellent toppings and a good selection on the menu. For those still hungry, I recommend trying the Chef's "fuzion" creations: truly delicious combinations. It's now become a regular stop when I go downtown.

I've been coming here since day 1 because I had already tasted Domenico's pizzas, and, in the opinion of a transplanted Neapolitan, they are the best in Turin. Then, I tasted his version of sushi and it was absolute love.

Quality of ingredients, creativity, experimentation and kindness! I tried the vegetarian sushi and was very satisfied, both for the flavor and the beauty of the dish. I got it with the combo option together with the pizza. The dough is delicious, it remains light and delicate. I will definitely come back :)

Domenico Volgare is a chef who experiments and surprises. His restaurant offers excellent quality sushi and exceptional pizzas, as well as innovative and balanced cocktails. The attention is paid to the smallest details, from the environment to the quality of the food. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

26/08/2025: I'm making this point in the spirit of continuous improvement because the food and atmosphere are excellent. The waiters are normal, but they could: - greet you at the entrance, - check with their eyes if the customer needs anything, - not just take orders but check whether the table has been cleared promptly, cleaned, and if there are no paper napkins, - offer you additional desserts (up-selling), - frequently check the state of the restroom, and replenish hand paper when the customer indicates they're out. This is a minor flaw.
24/08/2025: The most famous pastry shop and café in the area. Whatever you order, you can't go wrong. The window displays alone are beautiful. N.B.: No satispay.
