Quality of ingredients, creativity, experimentation and kindness! I tried the vegetarian sushi and was very satisfied, both for the flavor and the beauty of the dish. I got it with the combo option together with the pizza. The dough is delicious, it remains light and delicate. I will definitely come back :)

Domenico Volgare is a chef who experiments and surprises. His restaurant offers excellent quality sushi and exceptional pizzas, as well as innovative and balanced cocktails. Bellissima esperienza. Abbinamento di gusti e sapori eccellente con prodotti di qualità. Molto consigliato per provare una cucina diversa, ricercata, ma allo stesso tempo semplice. Ci siamo divertiti ad assaggiare vari tipi di sushi, uno più buono dell'altro. La prossima volta proviamo le pizze ma di sicuro non deluderanno! Un applauso all'accoglienza e alla gentilezza. Prezzo un po' superiore alla media ma ci sta.

Very pleasant staff who were very helpful when choosing our food. My wife had the Gluten Free Margarita Pizza and added Mushrooms. It was a proper homemade base. I had the Satay Pizza on a pan base. Very light and fluffy unlike Pan Pizza in the UK. Good to find somewhere that catered for GF and Non-GF. Worth a visit.
