We ordered riseburgher and pizzas. Riseburger in a very small portion (price a little high also due to the absence of a side dish) which satisfied only one palate out of three, pizzas were appreciated (both the round and the fried ones). Quality products. Less appreciated was the service and the place, which was a little cold.

I went to dinner on the occasion of the Piolissima initiative. Superlative dinner, very tasty dishes and truly quality ingredients. I discovered original and super spot-on combinations. Chef Domenico was very willing to stay and talk at the end of dinner despite the late hour, really smart! Congratulations also to the choice to include live music in the background, creating an engaging and pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Everything perfect. I will definitely come back to try the house specialty, sushi pizza.

Very pleasant and welcoming environment, suitable for a special gastronomic experience. The tasting menu offers an excellent and varied overview of the fusion between oriental food and Italian food. Worth visiting.

A place that doesn't look like much but the experience was a complete success. A very extensive menu for original dishes mixing Italian and Asian cuisine. Too bad we can't eat outside.

Everything excellent!! We ate the pizza with homemade tomato (and you could really feel the difference). But as an appetizer, we tasted the super delicious black ravioli with cod, a must try!! And the excellent Piedmontese sausage sushi. Even the herbal bitters made by the chef were so good that we bought a bottle for home. Thanks Fuzion

Excellent food, I recommend the tasting menu to try all the dishes, alternatively the cacio e pepe pizza is also really good.

11/07/2024: L'insegna è bella ma confonde: prima di tutto è in montagna e non è propriamente un'osteria. I piatti, nel pieno rispetto della tradizione piemontese, sono comunque elaborati e aggiornati secondo il notevole estro dello chef. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Da incrementare la lista e l'offerta dei vini.

24/11/2024: Overall good quality place, the raw materials are good and absolutely well prepared and cooked. The service was very good and the staff were well trained and friendly. The place would need to be updated and updated, however I recommend it.
