"Today I had lunch at the Fuori Porta restaurant and, overall, the experience was positive. I ordered the seafood salad, which was truly delicious: very fresh and well-seasoned ingredients, with a perfect balance of flavours.
The service was impeccable: the staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to satisfy every need. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for a quiet lunch.
The only detail that I recommend improving is the care of the crockery: some plates were chipped, and this, in my opinion, takes away a bit of elegance from the overall experience.
In any case, I will definitely return for the quality of the cuisine and the courtesy of the staff."

Quality very good, everything fresh and tasty. But prices are very high. I actually expected more for the price. Fine but not an experience kitchen. For Oria I found the price for a fish just too expensive (30 euros, without side dish).

Siamo in vacanza e ci hanno consigliato di visitare la cittadina Oria e il RISTORANTE FUORI PORTA.. conduzione familiare in cucina la mamma è una cuoca magnifica da guida michelin crea dei piatti spettacolari!!! Antipasti di crudo Si sente il sapore di mare ! La tagliatelle di seppia è una scoperta magnifica.. ostriche gamberi viola astice e dentice sono di una freschezza e di un sapore mai sentito!!! Ristornate da ritornare ... se passate di qui lo consiglio nn potete nn venire !!!!

Siamo capitati al fuori porta su consiglio di un amico milanese , e stata un esperienza bellissima lo staff e gentile competente e ti coccola per tutta la cena, spiegandoti tutti. Cibo la provenienza e ti consiglia in maniera professionale, il cibo e freschissimo di ottima qualità e l impiattantamento e raffinato e particolare.Se passate dal Salento passate da Oria perché oltre ad essere un borgo bellissimo dovete assolutamente provare il fuori porta e in esperi gustativa unica .

Nothing short of excellent. We have been coming from Milan on holiday to San Pietro in Bevagna for approximately 30 years. 20 years ago we discovered this restaurant after various farmhouse restaurants, agritourism and so on and so forth, we gave up and when we want to go to the restaurant we come here, seeing is believing 👍
