In addition to the ever-excellent classics, there are also some very good new dishes.
I recommend it for any occasion, and for enjoying some delicious traditional Reggio Emilia fare.

The fresh pasta is very good, the service is very attentive, but the proximity to the Via Emilia can make traffic heard if you're sitting outside. The blues music in the background is very interesting.

Booked on the Fork app, it's a great success. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined. The staff is young, helpful, and cheerful. The food is very good, reflecting Emilian tradition with a touch of originality. Discreet and attentive service. Recommended!

A well-kept restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The dishes are well-prepared and beautifully presented. The girls serving are very friendly and efficient. The prices are a little above average, but it's worth it. We'll be back.

A true gastronomic experience outside the box
We had dinner at the Fuori Tema Restaurant and were thrilled. The restaurant offers contemporary cuisine with pleasant references to the flavors of Romagna, all in a refined and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special evening.
We started with two really well-presented appetizers: I chose an excellent platter of local cured meats, while my girlfriend tried the “shrimp under the covers”, a creative and surprising dish. For second courses, I opted for a delicious venison cutlet with potatoes and chocolate demi-glacé — a daring but perfectly successful combination. She instead chose the cod cooked at a low temperature, served with a potato and caramelized onion tart: delicate, balanced and full of flavor.
The service was impeccable: kind, attentive and never intrusive. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism and passion.
A restaurant that knows how to stand out and that absolutely deserves to be discovered.
We will definitely be back!

Truly satisfying 👌 our experience at FuoriTema, a very good restaurant 🍽 where we recently had lunch during a pleasant trip to the Reggio Emilia area. Arriving on site at 1.30 pm 🕜 after booking 📞 (after visiting the nearby Acetaia Ferretti-Corradini) we were cordially welcomed at the counter by a manager 🧔🏻 and, shortly, accompanied to a free table. The veranda room at the back is certainly pleasant, relaxing and characterized by a homely atmosphere. Browsing the menu 📋 we immediately noted the deliciousness of the various proposals available, finally opting for two appetizers ("Gallina in fuga" 🍳 and the "Delicato") and two second courses ("Polpo Poul" and "Guancialino"); to drink, a liter of sparkling water 💧 and two glasses of wine (one white and the other red 🍷). Everything absolutely exquisite 😋 for the delicacy of flavors and originality of the recipes, but also the choreographic aspect of the courses was impeccable. In particular I would like to point out the taste and softness of the guancialino, in addition to the perfect reduction of traditional balsamic vinegar with which it was garnished (a perfect ingredient also considering our "themed" day, so to speak). To conclude, we treated ourselves to a millefeuille 🍰 and a couple of coffees ☕. Total of 100 euros 💶, not a small amount in absolute terms but overall fair in relation to the quality; when it came to settling the bill we were also offered some bitters 🥃 (in our case licorice). Kind and friendly staff members, especially the guy 🧑🏻🦱 who served us the wine (by the way, my Morellino di Scansano was good and structured 🍷). Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. The parking area is not huge but large enough 🅿️. The context of the place is splendid since the structure, which also overlooks the Via Emilia, is immersed in the Reggio countryside. We liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍.
