We have been going here for over 20 years. Food was just amazing on our visit July 2025 as it was 20 years ago. It is high end seafood but worth it. You will see a lot of locals here. Not turisty.

Excellent! I am a sea fisherman and a passionate cook, accustomed to the salty scent, to the fish just caught by the wave. In Florence, a hundred kilometers from the sea, I did not expect to find its soul. Instead, every dish is a dive into the waves, a flavor that excites, that tells. Very elegant and refined place. Very good raw fish, fresh and varied in the starters. The first one was also very good, generously seasoned. Phenomenal, good desserts, more than abundant and elaborate quantities. Clean room and well-kept bathroom too. Punctual, precise and courteous service. If I have to find a flaw, perhaps for a restaurant of a certain level, a bit of attention would be needed for the customer, but it's precisely because we want to be picky. They don't have any soft drinks apart from water and coke.

15/09/2025: Enjoyed their salamino e gorgonzola pizza and it was by far the best pizza I've ever eaten! Service was excellent and friendly and the atmosphere in the evening was perfect in an almost full restaurant.
29/08/2025: If you're staying near Statuto in Florence, visit this restaurant! The food was amazing. The White Ragu was perfect and exactly what I needed after a long day of walking around the city! The tiramisu was also lovely too. The staff were just as amazing as the food was! There was one waitress whose name I unfortunately did not get, but she was lovely! She asked where I was from, how long I was staying and gave me some really good recommendations regarding things to do in the city. All of my food was served with a smile and they did not rush me despite me being one of the last in the restaurant for that evening! Would highly recommend!
