Uno de los mejores restaurantes de pescado que he visitado. Cada plato estaba muy bien cocinado y servido. Un restaurante elegante con un servicio impecable, una verdadera alegría.

Excellent! I am a sea fisherman and a passionate cook, accustomed to the salty scent, to the fish just caught by the wave. In Florence, a hundred kilometers from the sea, I did not expect to find its soul. Instead, every dish is a dive into the waves, a flavor that excites, that tells. Tasting the sea, far from its shore... is a rare gift. Here, it is reality.

Very elegant and refined place. Very good raw fish, fresh and varied in the starters. The first one was also very good, generously seasoned. Phenomenal, good desserts, more than abundant and elaborate quantities. Clean room and well-kept bathroom too. Punctual, precise and courteous service. If I have to find a flaw, perhaps for a restaurant of a certain level, a bit of attention would be needed for the customer, but it's precisely because we want to be picky. They don't have any soft drinks apart from water and coke.

Fuor D'Acqua is our favourite fish restaurant in Florence-the food is top quality, the service impeccable and dining is an enjoyable experience. The restaurant is well managed and we always look forward to dining there.

09/06/2025: We were here with 13 friends in June 2025. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food. We had a reservation (you should). The owners only speak Italian, but it worked out :) There's no menu. Our waitress, Greta, told us what was on offer that evening, and we tried everything (various ravioli, steak, pork, dessert... all delicious, of excellent quality, and homemade). Greta speaks English. Thank you, Greta, for the great service. If you're expecting white tablecloths and Instagram-worthy images, you've come to the wrong place. Everything was very authentic, with friendly service. We'll be back!
01/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la cresima di mio figlio in questo posto magnifico. Cibo ottimo e torta strepitosa realizzata da Stefania con passione e dedizione per questo lavoro. Ravioli, tortelli e carne buonissima. Gentilezza del personale e professionalità. Consiglio a tutti questo posto per staccare la spina e rilassarsi sotto la pergola godendosi lo splendido panorama delle colline Mugellane. Ultima cosa qualità prezzo eccezionale. Sicuramente ci vedremo spesso!
