I had an amazing dining experience at Fuor D’Acqua last night. The seafood was absolutely fresh and expertly prepared—each dish was a true delight. From the flavors to the presentation, everything exceeded my expectations. Beyond the incredible food, the service was outstanding. The team was warm, attentive, and made sure every moment was enjoyable. Their passion for hospitality really stood out, making the entire evening even more special. If you’re looking for top-quality seafood and a welcoming atmosphere, Fuor D’Acqua is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutamente encantador restaurante tanto en ambiente y camareros y por supuesto la COMIDA! Excelente pescado cocinado de muchas maneras diferentes. . . Empecé con un ceviche de atún y luego un delicioso branzino. . . el restaurante era tranquilo pero no aburrido y salimos caminando de nuestro hotel. . . aparentemente solo 2 restaurantes de pescado realmente bueno en Florencia, ya que es principalmente una ciudad cárnica. . . no te pierdas. . . reservas obligatorias. . .

Simply extraordinary: excellent raw materials and perfect cooking. The icing on the cake, a chat with the king of meat himself, Dario Cecchini, always friendly and passionate. A lunch that is much more than a meal: it's a real show!

15/03/2025: Restaurant at the central station created from the old international ticket office. Both pizza and other things on the menu are good. Low prices.
