Fry shop in the center of Finale Ligure, excellent! Good food, the fried food not at all greasy. I recommend the Panissa, one of my favorite dishes! They fry everything here… including dessert! You can also take away and eat on the beach. I recommend to everyone!

An excellent place to stop for some fried food or appetizers to take on the go or take away, sandwiches to eat on the go or even on the spot, the vast variety of options available and the quality of the raw materials is good. The place is quite small and is hidden in an alley, so it is not immediately locatable. The lady who served me was very kind, the fish was very good (personally I took the mixed fried fish). Prices normal. I would definitely stay here again.

You enter and are welcomed into a place where imagination breathes, the freedom to play, express yourself in drawing together at the tables. The friendly owner is a welcoming and helpful person. The food is really good, I recommend the fried anchovies!

La signora è gentilissima, anche se il locale era pieno ha trovato un tavolo e fatto accomodare. Fritto di pesce buonissimo, come la panissa e tutto il resto. Le mie bimbe si sono divertite con la lavagna che ha ingannato l’attesa. Consigliatissimo!

01/06/2025: My partner and I celebrated his birthday here on April 8th. It was a perfect evening, the tasting menu (we had the full version but there is also a reduced version with a few less courses) is a succession of never banal flavors and unusual combinations, focused on the sea. Each dish is a contemporary work of art, also from an aesthetic point of view. In the dining room we were "pampered" by Beppe who made us feel at ease and explained all the dishes. Very well-stocked cellar. Compliments again to chef Perata, an authentic artist, who had the opportunity to briefly tell us the history of the restaurant, since we asked him, amazed, why it didn't have a Michelin star. He would fully deserve it. A spurcacciuna is a pampering that deserves it.

14/06/2025: Welcoming, clean place, attentive and qualified staff, what can I say? The food is a pleasure, in every dish you eat you can see that there is a lot of study behind it and professionalism, well done to the owners who make all this possible, all catering should be like this, often I found myself in the dishes of other restaurants, embarrassed and saying but how do restaurants make food?
