A small bistro owned by a married couple. He Sicilian, she French. She cooks and he serves. The perfect combination. . Passion and love for cooking.
Everything fresh, catch of the day and other seafood. Definitely a MUST.

Everything is perfect, the meal was excellent, the wild boar skewers are very good. Everything is homemade with fresh produce! Very welcoming and friendly couple of restaurateurs, who speak French very well. The menu is small but very varied (salad, fish, catch of the day and meat) a guarantee of quality!!

Bistrot 18, in via Trieste in Syracuse, certainly one of the most representative locations for quality, cleanliness and hospitality. Extraordinarily impeccable dishes with unique flavours. A cook, Celin, practically perfect!

Que devons nous dire de ce restaurant : authentique, convivialité, générosité, et produits frais.
Un vrai régal.
Nous avons déjeuné avec une planche campagnarde qui fut exceptionnelle et goûteuse, délicieuse, puis 2 capreses et 2 poulpes grillés.
Sûrement le meilleur poulpe que nous avons dégustés. Un réel délice gustatif.
Une chef talentueuse et un serveur aux petits soins.
Nous vous recommandons d y aller les yeux fermés !!
Merci pour ce bon moment passé à vos côtés.
PS : ils parlent français et ont un menu français.

Disfrutamos de la comida sabrosa y nos gusta este restaurante. Tuvimos 3 redes [secondi] y dos cervezas y una botella de agua. La factura era [54 E] Era buena relación calidad-precio. Nos sentamos afuera a la sombra en una tarde calurosa y fue muy agradable. . Nos hubiera gustado volver al día siguiente por la noche, pero estaban cerrados.
