Fresh Cut In Torino

Salads, toast, and crostoni. Dishes designed with a focus on a balanced diet. A bit pricey, but very fresh ingredients. Vegetarian options available. Tables also available on the pedestrian street.

I went here for the second time with some friends, and I had a really good time. The girls were super nice and friendly. The new menu is very good and summery. I had the La Nobile salad with burrata and cherry tomatoes, fresh and tasty, perfect for a summer day. I highly recommend it; excellent value for money, hard to find in the center of Turin.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I ordered a very good mixed grilled vegetable salad and a smoothie. The portions were generous and the atmosphere was clean... Elisa was kind and attentive!

A nondescript place, away from the chaos of Turin's city center, on a pedestrian street. It's classified as a low-level location, close to the sidewalk, and never very clean for those who choose to eat outside. Minimal tables and chairs, just enough time to order and then go. I chose a berry yogurt with pieces of white and dark chocolate, which overall was passable but didn't really enhance the yogurt. The quality/price ratio wasn't the best. The portions were small, as pictured.

The salad bar is very tasty, with a wide selection of grilled and ungrilled vegetables, sauces, and dressings. Their fresh-cut salsa is a must-try. I wouldn't give it five stars just because of the price, which is a bit high for what you get, but you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

Good ingredients, but too slow. Waiting 25 minutes for a Caesar salad is unacceptable.

In Trino for a free lunch and a view of the Egyptian Museum; this amazing place is just a stone's throw away, with salad and more to your liking. Two people will spend €30. Worth a visit and a try again.

Perfect for a healthy lunch, they also do breakfast. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I ordered a salad (which you can customize to your liking) and a water for €13, a fair price.

Very nice place. Excellent lunch stop. You can create your own salad and choose your own dressing. Fresh ingredients and excellent bread to go with it. The little machine that beeps when your salad is ready is a brilliant idea. Prices are a bit high.
