I visited this pizzeria recently. I must say that it is little known (at least that I know of) in the towns near Ruvo, but it really deserves a lot. The environment is really large, there are many rooms, both internal and external. Everything seems to have been taken care of in detail in both internal and external furnishings. The menu is very rich with proposals of all types, from meat, to fish, to pasta, to pizza, salad, desserts, cocktails, etc., in short, they offer a very broad service! The service was quite fast even though it was a Saturday evening, the staff was very helpful and kind. As for the food, I can say with my eyes closed that it has turned out to be the best pizzeria in Ruvo di Puglia, and in any case I go around a lot of pizzerias and places, and there is no history with other places that up until today I was able to try it in Ruvo. Well-prepared starters, you can see the love for cooking, the search for top quality foods and combinations that should surprise the customer. The pizzas are similarly prepared with really good ingredients and they also surprise the customer. The tiramisu had that note that completed the end of a dinner that started very well and ended in the best possible way. The prices are medium high, but the quality-quantity of food explains why. I highly recommend it to anyone nearby.

As is now tradition, I went to the Free State with my family on Boxing Day. We ate very well, the dishes are refined not only in taste but also in aesthetics. The staff is attentive and kind. I congratulate the owners for the innovations made from year to year, in particular for the new location.

We are a Northern family that has been celebrating important occasions in the free state for years! Delicious food with attention to detail, friendly and helpful staff and an elegant location. Good value for money I recommend it!

Overall the food is good. Starters and first courses were really plentiful and very good. The only problem was that we waited 30 minutes for the first course (after receiving the starter) and the dishes arrived one at a time (not all together). Very large restaurant in the historic center. Average price.
