I came for an aperitif with a friend of mine and we had a lot of fun with laughter, drinks and food. Super welcoming environment and friendly and super helpful staff. The food is also excellent

I can highly recommend Freedom to anyone looking for an authentic Italian atmosphere and a top-class aperitivo. We had the one with fish (huge plate with tons of different variations) and perfectly mixed Aperol and Campari Sprizz. Culinary bliss for €15/person

05/06/2025: Excellent restaurant adjacent to the Castello di Vignola. Extensive menu with a choice of seafood and meat dishes. New Roman pinsa and excellent pizzas, thin and tasty! I also recommend the seafood salad! Last but not least, here you can try the original Barozzi cake. Possibility to book online too. Very kind and helpful staff and good value for money!
03/06/2025: Historic place in Vignola, very nice, young and professional management. Not just pizza, even if they are among the few who make a very light and digestible kamut dough. The restaurant menu has various proposals, excellent those of fish. Short but interesting wine list

20/06/2025: Also available in a slightly stressful situation with a flying addition of tables always with a smile on their lips, very fast service, smart guys, good pizza.
15/06/2025: Excellent pizza with a lot of variety of flavors, the service is fast and the waiters are many and quick. The only flaw: indoors, with a lot of people inside, the noise that is created is loud.
