A warm and welcoming place with friendly, fast, and highly qualified staff. Tonight we ordered a Margherita and a calzone stuffed with escarole. The simplicity won over our palates thanks to the cooking and the five-star quality of the product. We recommend this place to anyone visiting Trieste.

Excellent atmosphere! The service is also the best! The seafood lasagna is the best choice! The other dishes have better versions in other establishments. However, the quality of the restaurant is remarkable.

I went to Fratelli La Buffala in Trieste and tried their Margherita because, well, I’m in Italy and had to try a pizza. But honestly I wasn’t that impressed… It felt a bit rushed, and there was barely any cheese. I expected more, especially with a name like that🍕😅

Always a guarantee: authentic Neapolitan pizza, very good and made with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you want to return. I leave satisfied every time.

Typisches Touristen- Restaurant mit unpersönlichen Service. Der Kellner hat permanent einen AirPod im Ohr, spielt mit dem Handy und hat daher keinen guten Blick für die Gäste. Auf der ausliegenden Speisekarte ist ein QR Code für die komplette Karte abgebildet. Da wurde unter Getränke der Sarti Spritz angeboten. Als ich diesen bestellen wollte, wurde mir schroff vom Kellner erklärt, dass es diesen nicht gibt, sondern nur die Getränke welche auf der ausgelegten Karte stehen. Wozu dann bitte der QR Code mit der Karte!? Unser Essen wurde auch nicht zusammen gebracht, ich musste länger warten. Absicht?

13/11/2025: Excellent, central location near Piazza Unità and Piazza della Borsa. This bar, dating back to 1832, features some antique furnishings. It's well-stocked for quick snacks like sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, etc., and also offers a selection of first courses. Outside tables are located in a busy area. The staff is friendly and fast. It's also popular with seagulls, who sometimes outpace the customers and staff. Unfortunately, the tables, both inside and outside, are not accessible to wheelchairs.
06/11/2025: Nice bar/café. The Aperol Spritz is decent, though the glass could be fuller. They do offer small snacks like chips and olives. Service is moderately attentive. But reasonably priced.
