Everything they have is good, and the service is great. They do charge a service fee, but from what I've seen in Sicily, it's pretty normal.

It's a salumeria (salt shop) and has delicatessen products. They prepared a delicious panini for us and a very special platter of salted meats, cured meats, and preserves. Spectacular.
We also had the chance to order fried food from the stand across the street, which they took care of ordering and bringing. I was very impressed by the breaded olives.
The wine list is extensive and includes local specialties.

A truly unique place in the Ortigia market.
Service was incredibly fast despite the crowds, and the staff was attentive and very friendly.
Wonderful food, especially the platters of cured meats, cheeses, and their superb preserves!
The price was absolutely fair given the quality and deliciousness.
Absolutely recommended.

A small restaurant in Ortigia, with plenty of seating but small tables.
It's a gourmet delicatessen that prepares spectacular platters and sandwiches.
The quality is very high, with typical Sicilian cured meats. The prices are high, which certainly guarantee quality, but paying €5 for a Corona beer is really too much! It's fine to save money on soft drinks and beverages, but €5 for a Corona beer, not a craft beer, was really too much!
We're certainly in the wrong historical, economic, and political times, but let's not take advantage of it!
The place, being small and located in a very touristy area, is very crowded, even extremely chaotic. Perhaps if you avoid the mid-August holiday period, you might find a quieter atmosphere, but having never been there during other periods, I can't confirm this.
We had a very good Slow Food platter and two sandwiches topped with typical Sicilian cured meats, also really good quality!
We paid €50 for a platter, two sandwiches, a Corona beer, and a craft beer. You can pay by card or cash, but we were given a final statement that was NOT a tax statement. When we asked (which is a customer's right and a merchant's duty) for a TAX RECEIPT, the waitress apologized and said she usually didn't give one because no one asked for it. Of course, after our request, it was provided immediately.
I pay taxes with my salary.... Let's all pay them!!!
In any case, quality is guaranteed!
