Here: this place brought back memories of the panzer ottate in the Apulian countryside where grandmothers and aunts kneaded and fried in a pot over a wood fire. Go and try it! The quality of the raw materials and the knowledge and care in the processing are truly noteworthy.

We are in the area every Thursday evening and we are sure to stop by the panzerotto, both for the quality of the food and for the friendliness of the manager.
