After two days in Rome, I finally heard people speaking Roman. A small, old-fashioned place where you can make friends even at neighboring tables, as we did. The guys were very kind and friendly. The food was delicious, the carbonara was exceptional. The dessert was also good. The Florentine

For locals, so you can't go wrong. Small, honest prices, decent food.

A small but welcoming place, with a fantastic matriciana...so much so that I asked for bread (and listen, listen, the innkeeper immediately brought me what I requested), to make a memorable mopping up of the bread. In conclusion, the friendliness, the quality of the food, and the atmosphere that puts you in a good mood just walking in...a place I'll definitely return to. Fraschetteria is a hidden gem in Rome — cozy, welcoming, and full of character. The pasta dishes (especially the carbonara and Cacio e Pepe) were superb — rich traditional flavors without being heavy or pretentious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the vibe felt more “local trattoria” than tourist trap. Definitely worth a visit if you want genuine Roman food.

We visited Fraschetteria in Rome and honestly, it’s one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in the city. We ordered the Lasagna al Ragù, Bresaola e Tartufo, Tagliatelle al Tartufo, and three glasses of red wine. Everything was amazing, but the truffle pasta was my absolute favourite — so flavourful and so satisfying. We also tried the pistachio tiramisu, and it was outstanding. Creamy, light, and the perfect finish to the meal. Even as a Korean, we found the taste incredibly good and comforting. The staff were also super kind, funny, and just lovely Italian guys who made the whole experience even better. I 1,000,000% recommend this place. You’ll love the atmosphere, the food, everything. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Rome!
