Ordered panzanella romana and zuppa di faggioli, both nicely seasoned with herbs. Also amatriciana and cacio e pepe pastas. Food was good, but disappointed to see US-style tipping options (15%+) on the card terminal.

EXCELLENT FOOD AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Four of us had lunch here on Sunday, July 6th, with a reservation, which I highly recommend. The place is small but welcoming, decorated in light wood with wine labels and some charming writing: a real treat! Fabio, the owner, was incredibly kind; we felt welcomed right at home. We had the pleasure of enjoying the expertly prepared bruschetta and platters; the gricia and amatriciana were perfect, not to mention the roast suckling pig! The pistachio tiramisu was a real treat, and we finished off with some donuts and a passito (Thanks again, Fabio! 😉). The menu offers traditional Roman dishes, impeccably cooked. The wine and beer selection is excellent. The service was quick and precise, and the place was spotlessly clean. Good value for money. I highly recommend it. And we'll be back!

This small, adorable restaurant was one of our favorite meals and memories of our trip to Rome! The servers were so kind. Make a reservation for sure, as there are not many tables in here at all (6-8 tables at that fit 2-4 people, maybe)? Bruschetta was amazing, tiramisu was great, both the lasagna and cacio e Pepe were great (my favorite cacio e Pepe in Rome). Highly recommend!

Great “hole-in-the-wall” restaurant serving the best food this side of the Tiber. Intimate ambiance with amazing staff. The chef makes the most amazing lasagna and the carbonara is to die for! A true testament of Roman style cuisine!

Amazing little hole in the wall restaurant. My husband and I escaped for a little date lunch while traveling with our family. We didn’t have a reservation but got seated right away on a Monday afternoon. We had the bruschetta, Cacio Pepe and Carbonara. Everything was delicious, and the service was amazing. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quaint, authentic experience away from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

This is the best gastronomical experience we’ve had in Rome. The food was superb and the owner, Fabio, is the nicest person we’ve met in all of Italy! My family and I enjoyed the pasta carbonara and the tagliatelle with tartufo. For dessert we got two pistachio passion desserts (the tiramisu and soufflé). Highly recommend— only downside is that Italian food is now ruined for us back home!

Comimos aquí cuando visitamos Roma en febrero, así que cuando decidimos visitar Roma de nuevo en abril, el primer lugar que fuimos a cenar fue aquí, ya que es tan condenadamente bueno, solo tienen 6 mesas y siempre están ocupados, así que recomendaría reservar una mesa con antelación! La comida es deliciosa y a un precio muy razonable, el servicio es de primera clase también, en nuestros 2 viajes a Roma este año, este restaurante es de lejos nuestro favorito y eso es decir algo como comimos en algunos grandes restaurantes.
