Es uno de los restaurantes de Massimo Battura, que supo tener el mejor restaurante del mundo con su Osteria Franciscana.
Y acá se nota su mano para elaborar el menú y tener un grupo que refleja su calidad.
Fuimos un sábado y no hay carta, solo menú de 6 y 8 pasos. Tomamos el primero y en mi caso agregué el plato de tortellini, de Tortellane en salsa crema de parmesano. Aclaro que tortellane es una entidad benéfica que elabora los tortellini con personas discapacitadas.
Todo resultó excelente, un plato mejor que otro. Bien servidos con muy buena vajilla.
Muy buena atención, permanentemente atentos para cualquier requerimiento.
Debo resaltar la atención de Ricardo, un veneciano que habla español y nos explicó cada plato. En el final al pagar la cuenta nos descontó los tortellini porque en la reserva no nos avisaron que los sábados no hay carta, solo menues,

Obviously, like most of people coming here we had high expectations which, I’m happy to say were not only met but exceeded. We had lunch menu of which the highlight was probably the burger but honestly we felt so spoiled with every dish that it’s a very close call. I also would like to praise the restaurant’s staff that above the general fantastic service stood out by being exceptionally well aware of pregnancy diet do’s and don’ts and was able to substitute the don’ts from the menu with equally delicious alternatives. Big shout out for making us feel like a valued part of the community even though we came to Modena only for this restaurant experience. Hugely recommend!

We can perceive Bottura's approach to having a team in the kitchen and a staff of young people in the dining room. Adequate welcome. Good tasting menu, with emphasis on local products, with simple dishes without excelling in preparation.
Attentive service, especially from Chiara, Riccardo and Francesco, who are well disposed towards customers. Unique, with little attention to reservations and only tasting menus at the tables and no à la carte choice. You can suggest to try.

The food was incredible. You can see the Massimo Bottura influence of respecting each ingredient fully. What elevated the experience was the service, what a difference it makes, perfect balance between casual and serious and a very welcoming energy.

I had already been to this restaurant some time ago and despite high expectations I was a little disappointed. I decided to return, this time starting out prejudiced given my first experience... But instead! Very nice place, in an area not far from the historic center of Modena. I dined alone at the counter. Excellent service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. After an interesting amuse-bouche based on Brussels sprouts and turnip greens I ordered an Emilia burger and tortellini with parmesan cream. Delicious burger, the flavors and textures blend perfectly. It is an iconic dish, absolutely worth trying. The tortellini also fully convinced me. Parmesan cream that "stings" a little, probably due to the maturation of the cheese used. Really good, and very nice that they have them produced by a non-profit association. I spent €51, including a glass of Lambrusco (€8, perhaps a little expensive).

locale piccolo, curato e con pochi tavoli; si mangia sempre in un contesto tranquillo e non affollato. buono il menù con degustazione dei vini e servizio attento e veloce.
unica pecca da migliorare: visto il livello del ristorante, alcuni dettagli sarebbero da curare meglio (alcune mattonelle rotte, bancone di preparazione con il vetro crepato).... dettagli che, a questi livelli, contano e andrebbero curati meglio
