Magnificent lunch at Franceschetta! I'll start by saying that the guys in the dining room are all young and very polite. A welcome entrée is offered and then you move on to the dishes ordered. The dish, in my case the chicken was very soft and well balanced. I recommend the wine pairing recommended by the guys in the dining room.

We had the "we ❤️ Modena" menu with wine pairing. The wine pairing was great, really well chosen wines and delicious. The food all looked beautiful, but seemed like an interesting idea rather than something made to be delicious. There wasn't a dish that we loved.. we really enjoyed the overall experience, but found the food very disappointing.

Franceschetta 58 delivers a creative and memorable dining experience with incredible food, but the service could benefit from a touch more refinement to match the culinary ambition. Positives: • The food was, without question, the highlight—beautifully composed, flavorful, and well-executed across the board. • Hot dishes were served on hot plates, a detail that speaks to the kitchen’s attention. • The atmosphere struck a nice balance: relaxed yet elevated, with a good mix of locals dining alongside visitors. • I appreciated the option to add on tortellini—thoughtful flexibility for those navigating a multi-course menu. Negatives: • Service felt inconsistent and lacked the polish expected at this level. My server attempted to clear a plate while my silverware signaled I was still eating—a small but telling misstep. • Wine pairings (I opted for 4 glasses for 8 courses) were explained in great detail, however I was left confused if the current wine would also pair with the subsequent dish. • Some execution issues with dishes: the octopus was overly salty and quite chewy. • Several service details were off: dessert arrived before a spoon, espresso was forgotten until prompted again, and glassware for the same wine course varied noticeably between tables. • I asked to revisit the tortellini offer mid-meal, but no one followed up. • The seating was notably uncomfortable, and pacing between tables seemed inconsistent (dessert was served to a neighboring table while they were still on their palate cleanser). Overall: Franceschetta 58 is absolutely worth a visit for the food alone. However, for a restaurant presenting itself at this level, the service needs more consistency and finesse to create the truly seamless experience that diners expect. With some attention to detail on the hospitality front, this place could easily shine even brighter.

I had a gift card for this restaurant and I came to try it with pleasure. Refined dishes and customer care are the strong points. I really liked the evolving traditional menu, very abundant! The matching wines are also excellent

High expectations perhaps a little unfulfilled. Delicious food but too hot environment (no air conditioning, when asked to leave the outdoor door open, the answer was that it was draughty and bothering the kitchen). The staff perhaps not really structured or adequately trained for the place and the name it bears, even though it is the bistro.

Love Modena menu. Careful and innovative, the dishes are not amazing and have some imperfections. The chocolate mint asparagus dessert is delicious

Es uno de los restaurantes de Massimo Battura, que supo tener el mejor restaurante del mundo con su Osteria Franciscana. Y acá se nota su mano para elaborar el menú y tener un grupo que refleja su calidad. Fuimos un sábado y no hay carta, solo menú de 6 y 8 pasos. Tomamos el primero y en mi caso agregué el plato de tortellini, de Tortellane en salsa crema de parmesano. Aclaro que tortellane es una entidad benéfica que elabora los tortellini con personas discapacitadas. Todo resultó excelente, un plato mejor que otro. Bien servidos con muy buena vajilla. Muy buena atención, permanentemente atentos para cualquier requerimiento. Debo resaltar la atención de Ricardo, un veneciano que habla español y nos explicó cada plato. En el final al pagar la cuenta nos descontó los tortellini porque en la reserva no nos avisaron que los sábados no hay carta, solo menues, Para volver y recomendar

locale piccolo, curato e con pochi tavoli; si mangia sempre in un contesto tranquillo e non affollato. buono il menù con degustazione dei vini e servizio attento e veloce. unica pecca da migliorare: visto il livello del ristorante, alcuni dettagli sarebbero da curare meglio (alcune mattonelle rotte, bancone di preparazione con il vetro crepato).... dettagli che, a questi livelli, contano e andrebbero curati meglio
