A quiet, peaceful, and cool place with a beautiful view from the dining room window. The food is top-notch, worthy of a 3-star rating; I'd even give it 5. However, the chefs are only 3, but 10 stars for the kindness, helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of all the kitchen staff and everything else. I've already booked for the next day. I'd return twice a day, and the prices are very competitive with other restaurants for quality, quantity, and freshness, as they're very fair and equitable.

We went out for dinner for the first time on the recommendation of friends. It was spot on, everything was perfect. The food was good, the house appetizer was recommended. The pizza was excellent, well done. See you next time.

The highest quality. A refined and welcoming atmosphere, with three distinct dining rooms: a charming and informal one on the ground floor, a second on a panoramic covered veranda with fully opening windows, full of light and air, and a third on the first floor, more classic and spacious. Completely immersed in the hills overlooking the sea, yet literally 10-15 minutes from the Torregrotta coast. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner, Igor, is discreet and elegant, guiding guests through their menu choices. Excellent cuisine: traditional dishes are combined with some significant seasonal specialties. Mushrooms, rabbit (delicious), Sicilian truffles, fried gnocco, pappardelle (fresh, of course) with wild boar ragù, maltagliati with pistachio pesto, stuffed pasta, cod, meats (so delicious)...all expertly prepared and served. Good selection of wines and desserts. It's certainly not your typical Sunday agriturismo, where the dining rooms are bursting with people gasping for air after a seemingly endless lunch. Rather, let's say the surprise lies in leaving, certain you'll want to return, knowing you've eaten quality food and unique dishes, and happy to have paid a fair price. Fra Michele is a sure thing and an experience worth having: everyone I've recommended to go has been surprised (because it's not like any other place) and delighted... well, what are you waiting for?!?!?...I'm waiting for your feedback...enjoy your meal!

The watchword for Fra Michele: hospitality. We didn't feel like customers, but rather guests. The wait staff was extraordinary: polite, welcoming, and professional. Authentic traditional cuisine made with top-quality ingredients. The price was absolutely in line with the offerings. We'll definitely be back.
