Historic oven in Borgo Ognissanti, famous for its Schiacciata; both small in size and large in quality and variety of products offered. Both sweet and savory are excellent; what is striking is the quality of the dough used and their perfect and uniform cooking, whether it is a soft sandwich, a crunchy pizza or a fragrant puff pastry. Even the condiments and fillings are good and abundant, in the calzone packed with cooked ham and cheese as well as in the pastry with gianduia and ricotta and its creamy and dripping filling. Staff always smiling and kind, always ready to recommend the specialties available. Excellent quality-quantity/price ratio; every time I leave the shop I always check the receipt again, doubtful about the convenience of the shopping done!
