By now a guarantee, our trusted place to eat excellent meat!
The tartare is something exceptional, as are the bombette with salami and philadelphia and the Angus strips... our fixed dishes that cannot be missed.
In addition, the last time we also tasted some Simmental bites cooked at low temperature with a particular beer, really delicious;
and also the Wagyu that melted in the mouth.
To finish in style, they make delicious desserts such as the tile, the tiramisu or the cheesecake... what can I say, even though I am full at the end of the dinner I cannot give up their desserts.
They also offered us some really good biscuits (cantucci).

An excellent discovery on the outskirts of Fragagnano!
A truly pleasant place, located just outside the town centre: large, welcoming and tastefully furnished, with colorful tables that give a lively touch to the environment. The service was fast and efficient, with friendly and attentive staff.
The strong point? Without a doubt the meat: of excellent quality, cooked to perfection and offered in different variations that enhance the authentic flavour. An experience that fully satisfies even the most demanding palates.
The quality-price ratio is also very good, which is now increasingly rare.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good meal in a relaxed and well-managed environment. I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience, definitely coming back!
I had been to this Braceria two years ago and this evening I returned with other friends. We were a table of 10 people, perfect table and very beautiful location with attention to detail.
Good selection of starters and plenty of choice of meat, for all tastes and needs.
Everything was good from starter to dessert.
Excellent service even on Saturday evening.

Excellent quality of the meat, especially the sliced meat and the breaded strips of meat. Small flaw: the lack of variety in the choice of the type of bowler hats, there were only 3 types (they were also good).

Beautiful and very well looked after environment
Meat counter well stocked.
Fast and professional service even on Saturdays.
Good, good, really good meat.
I didn't like the broad beans and chicory very much, they were quite dry and the basket for the prosecco never arrived.
Prices are high but the meat is good and the cooking is also good
