One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at. We stopped in the other night and did the 5 course tasting menu and every dish was so good and the people that worked there were so friendly, and the prices were very fair. If I’m ever back in Civicivecchia I will definitely come back!

A special place, here in the kitchen it is clear that there is a thought and a story made by people who know what they are doing. Rarely do you eat so well, very highly recommended

Magical atmosphere with 50s music in the background that immerses you in another dimension; very kind and helpful waiter; we ordered the 3-course menu taking the scottona tartare as a starter, the tortellini stuffed with parmesan with scottona and mushrooms and truffle and the pork ribs. All excellent, nothing to complain about, exquisite dishes.

A fantastic culinary experience with the tasting menu. Sublime flavors from entree to dessert. Well-stocked and excellent cellar. Fair price for the quality and service. We will definitely return

We consider ourselves immensely lucky to live above this restaurant. As anticipated by the stars, super food, super service, super environment. I think the value for money is unbeatable. Impeccable staff. I highly recommend Thanks Forma!

Se vuoi mangiare bene ,gustare vino buono il Forma e una garanzia. Menu di carta e menu di degustazione. Prezzi molto competitivi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ritorneremo

05/08/2024: What an absolutely amazing place. I stumbled across this restaurant while wandering around the town with my partner, and just by looking in the front door we knew we had to book! We ended up going with the full family, and even though the owner Romeo spoke no English, he was so attentive and patient. The menu was described in detail, and Romeo made it easy for us to know what we were getting. The antipasti was PERFECT, and really showcased the best of what Napoli and the rest of rural Italy has to offer. Primi included the best pasta I've ever had, and the dolci menu was simply "tiramisu", but did NOT disappoint. The most creamy and light tiramisu I've ever had. For a party of 5 (plus a child) we paid just over 200 euros, and had the most amazing experience. One of the locals who spoke English even gave us a tour of the lower caves, what an amazing way to show off your premises! You MUST go here if you're staying around Palombara or Tivoli. I'd recommend taking cash, as the card machine can sometimes have issues, but it's a very minor point.
03/08/2024: Super welcome, excellent food... we felt pampered by Davide's professionalism. Wonderful location, especially the grotto area. Highly recommended.
