The two of us visited Ristorante Forma in Civitavecchia shortly before boarding, and we can say without hesitation that it was the best dining experience in the city after years of visiting and trying! The restaurant truly deserves all its accolades and stars: you can sense the passion, care, and love for cooking in every dish. For us, one of the most important aspects of a quality restaurant is the selection of baked goods, and theirs is truly thoughtful, carefully curated, and excellent: a true calling card that speaks volumes about the cuisine that follows. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, and the quality of the ingredients truly superior. Every course pleasantly surprised us, from the presentation to the flavor. Compliments to the entire staff: it's clear they do what they do with dedication. Thank you again for making our last dinner before departure special!

We went to this restaurant to celebrate our third anniversary together. The setting is very elegant and perfect for celebrating an anniversary or a special occasion. In my opinion, there isn't a restaurant in Civitavecchia that can compete with this one. The food was top-notch, but I want to give special praise to the young waiter, who stood out for his professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, making us feel like honored guests. The must-try dishes are the egg carbonara and the cannoli for dessert.

Fantastic little place. Who knew. An incredible little meal and the staff was wonderful. Seating us with at a reservation. I would go back to Civita vecchia just to dine there.

We read about this restaurant and were excited to try it! - It did not disappoint! We were a bit jet-lagged so we came early at 730pm. This meant we were the only ones there for the first hour and had the chefs undivided attention. Definitely recommend

Michelin star place indeed! This place is very cosy and clean! Please make sure you check the Menü before booking. This place has some iconic plates for fish and seafood lovers. Less for meat lovers. The chef was very nice to make some pasta Bolognese for our children, since "we" did not check out the Menü before booking for 14 people.

We ordered à la carte, sampling both fish and meat dishes. All were very good and well-balanced, with generous portions that weren't gourmet. The chef was warmly welcomed, and the service was informal but not intrusive. There was a small improvement on the bread basket, but overall, an experience I highly recommend.

Servizio di sala piacevole ed esaustivo. Piatti davvero eccezionali e preparati in maniera impeccabile dallo chef. Un esplosione di sapore dove ogni piatto, benché racchiuda più ingredienti, rende possibile distinguere ogni singolo sapore e la fusione degli stessi. Da tornarci sicuramente

Non è la nostra prima volta da Forma, come sempre è un vero viaggio di sapori e supera le nostre aspettative . Da provare il Tortello e i Tubetti.

08/12/2025: The place is very small, charming, and well-kept, giving it a very homey feel: we sat on the veranda, and it was very comfortable, enclosed, without any drafts. To start, we had an appetizer for two, which included meatballs and parmigiana, as well as other items. They were all delicious, not the usual appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, but delicious and filling. The highlights were definitely the first courses: both the trofie with chickpeas, walnuts, dried tomatoes, and saffron, and the buffalo mozzarella-filled ravioli with ragù were excellent. We would have liked to try the second courses as well, but we were already very full and only had room for dessert: an apple tart and an orange and caramel tiramisu. The latter surprised me, not too sweet and fresh. To finish, they offered complimentary wine-flavored biscuits. The two young men serving were very kind. The final price was €62, absolutely more than fair for what we ate and the portions. We will definitely be back.

20/12/2025: I discovered this place thanks to a TV show. Excellent experience. Better in person than on TV. Delicious meat, a nice atmosphere, a wide selection, and the staff are extremely kind and courteous. Prices are super reasonable. I've already personally complimented the owner (who works on site) and will be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended. Bye, Massimiliano
15/12/2025: The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the beer was good.
