Great dinner, traveling alone and found this for a late night dinner, Food was great and service fantastic

We presented ourselves to Forma because I'd read that they had vegan options and we told the host that we would eat whatever vegan selections they had. We had the best, most beautiful, artfully presented, delicious meal. Our amuse bouche was bread smeared with truffle foam and black truffles. The olive oil served with the basket of delicious homemade bread was a beautiful verde shade. I normally don't eat oil but I could not resist this and it did not disappoint. Our antipasta was assorted tempura-like fried veggies on a bed of potato foam and a dish with potato foam topped with grilled asparagus, spinach and artichokes. Our primi was a wonderful fettuchini in a very fresh tomato sauce and a risotto in a pumpkin cream with balsamic and hazelnuts. As if we needed more to eat, we ended with an intense raspberry sorbet with a tuille, blueberries and blackberries. Everything was delicious!

Una cucina ricercata e ben eseguita negli accostamenti dagli antipasti ai dolci. Molto buoni le linguine all' amatriciana di mare, l' uovo alla carbonara e il vitello tonnato dello stesso livello baccalà e polipo croccante. Super i dolci veramente validi per gli abbinamenti nei sapori. Il servizio e il conto è stato adeguato nel rapporto prezzo e qualità. Super consigliato

La cena stellata ha confermato le aspettative che riponevo in questo gioiellino del centro di Civitavecchia. Locale curato, apparecchiato in modo essenziale, personale gentile, menù con scelte interessanti e lista dei vini varia. Io e mio marito abbiamo optato per menù alla carta, ma c’è la possibilità di fare percorsi degustativi. Si inizia con due assaggi offerti dalla casa. Poi inizia la cena…Tutto ottimo, dall’uovo alla carbonara (un loro Must), al polpo, per non parlare del trancio di spigola con pelle croccante e dell’entrecôte. Sublimi i dolci, sopratutto il brownie con nocciole e caramello salato. Il tutto abbinato a due calici, uno rosato, l’altro rosso, veramente interessanti. Bravi, bravi, bravi!

Only one adjective to describe the food and service: WONDERFUL! Everything is excellent, I don't think you can find the famous "hair in the egg" ... and the "egg" that they offer as a dish is simply ATOMICAL ... as is every dish on the menu ... Bravo Gianluca!

They deserve 5 stars, for the service, for the excellent quality food and for the location... the choice of wines is also wide... I recommend.

Cozy place furnished in "typical" style, comfortable, there is not much separation between the tables, but still enough to dine in peace. Starting from the positive notes: the dishes are very abundant, the prices are low enough, the wine list is sufficient, the staff is friendly. There are no real negative notes, but perhaps I had set out with higher expectations regarding the preparation and presentation of the dishes: good, but nothing that really left a "mark", especially for a restaurant that aspires to higher awards. A note of praise must be made to the dining room staff (or rather to the person): perhaps on the day I visited there was some "attendance" problem, because a single person had to take care of all the tables (both both for orders and for service), in the two hours that I sat at the table (the place filled up), I never saw her stop for a moment and her dedication and kindness beyond the kitchen should be rewarded.

I went to this restaurant for the first time, together with some friends, following the positive reviews gathered locally. I can only confirm! The restaurant is very well furnished and cared for, friendly and welcoming staff, gourmet menu, excellent choice of regional (Lazio) and Italian wines in general, expertly selected and recommended, fast service. Adequate quality/price ratio. What can I say... truly a local excellence and beyond. Well done!
