A very welcome experience, atmosphere and simple yet refined dishes. For wines you cannot fail to be recommended by Giuseppina Pilloni, the highest authority as a sommelier in the Sardinian and national fields. Overall an experience that I would highly recommend.

The difference usher for lunch, and a sensorial journey of flavors and combinations. I don't want to describe the dishes because they are all to be discovered. A pleasure for the palate. I will definitely come back.

I finally had dinner in the 'Fork' bistro part of the starred restaurant Dal Corsaro. They have an à la carte menu and a tasting menu (€70 I think). I chose 3 courses from the à la carte menu, culurgiones, pork capocollo and sbrisolona. Also abundant and delicious dishes, quality and fresh ingredients. The modern/classic contrast between the two rooms (bistro and restaurant) is very beautiful. I will definitely return to try the tasting at the Dal Corsaro restaurant. The staff were very friendly, especially the chef's mother was very welcoming and helpful.

19/10/2024: Tuvimos una noche fantástica en Manamana - tienen mesas encantadoras en la plaza y sus camareros dan un gran servicio. Teníamos la pasta de pesto de espárragos y pasta de mariscos - ambos deliciosos platos y un punto culminante de nuestras vacaciones. También muy feliz de que era lo suficientemente cálido para sentarse fuera en octubre!
16/10/2024: Via tripadvisor terecht gekomen bij dit restaurant ivm glutenallergie. Ze bieden die opties aan maar je kunt maar uit paar gerechten kiezen. De menu kaart klopt niet wat betreft het gluten symbool bij het een gerecht gluten. En bij een ander gerecht waar ook patate friet staat zie je geen symbool. De ober wist het volgens mij ook niet. Zelf Calamari met friet stevige prijs voor een paar Calamari meer friet dan vis.

14/10/2024: This is a really pretty restaurant. Staff were really friendly and service was good as well. We arrived late and was nice to still be served. We both had pizzas but these were massive and could probably have shared. Only slight disappointment was pizza was pretty greasy. Would return though
26/07/2024: Essen war ok, Pizza top. Die Bedienung war leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir wurden mehrfach einfach übersehen und mussten auf uns aufmerksam machen. Einem anderen deutschen Paar ging es ähnlich, die Tische um uns herum wurden eifriger versorgt. Ein Lächeln gab es auch nicht und beim Brot wurden wir vergessen. Unsere schlechteste Erfahrung in 13 Tagen Urlaub. Schade.
