My opinion is biased. I go there often with the Rotary Club... I feel at home. The Carbone family, Layla, and the staff are simply perfect. Excellent cheese focaccia. The pesto is always excellent. Delicious salmon. Attention to detail is paid to the dishes. The restaurant offers very high-quality service, but the prices are very fair.

Manuelina Bistro, what can I say? The focaccia di Recco and its variations are beyond excellent. Many dishes from Ligurian cuisine... everything is excellent. What a surprise! We've been back twice in three days. The Recco focaccia and fried food are delicious! It's located near the highway exit and has a small but convenient parking lot. The place is truly beautiful, and the service is quick and friendly. Allow me to offer a small tip: for hygiene reasons, I'd equip the wooden cutting boards with a spatula so you can serve the focaccia without having to use your own cutlery. Everything else is a 10/10.

Sono stato con dei colleghi diverse volte sia a giugno che a luglio.. La focaccia è ottima... ma non sempre.. Tanto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere al cameriere cosa fosse successo.. la settimana prima la focaccia era ben ripiena di formaggio e ben guarnita sopra (pizzata sopratutto), la settimana dopo sembrava di essere in un altra focacceria.. Ci ha risposto che hanno 2 focacciari.. beh zero per uno e 5 pallini per l'altro, che dire se avrete fortuna potrete mangiare un ottima focaccia...

Focaccia strepitosa, sognavo di mangiare la vera focaccia di Recco da anni e l'unico mio piccolissimo disappunto in questo locale è stato sentire l'impasto un po' troppo scarso di sale, ma gusto mio personale. Piacevolissima scoperta la focaccia pizzata. Ripeto, strepitoso tutto, anche il fritto della tradizione, locale molto grazioso, rapporto qualità/prezzo niente male. Consigliato!

05/12/2025: Heartily welcomed by the moment we stepped foot into what looked like just a bar, and led to the dining area split into 2 sides - each side accomodating about 20 people. The servers were friendly, the chef came out to greet us with recommendation. We had Ragu pasta, Pesto pasta (of course!!), and our favourite was a Shrimp pasta with tomato and zuchinni! Proseco was a little pricey but we loved it. Tiramisu for dessert, best one we had in Italy so far...we've only been to Milan and Turin at this point.
30/11/2025: A wonderful evening, excellent food, a cozy atmosphere, traditional cuisine, a lovely menu, and friendly, pleasant staff who speak French. Everything was perfect, simply magnificent! 😍

A very kind young man with glasses at the bar smiled at us and said that even though they technically weren't open yet, we were welcome to come in, sit down, and choose our drinks. That small gesture already told us everything about the atmosphere here — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We absolutely loved this place: the cozy, home-style feeling, the wonderful selection of wines, and dishes that truly showcase the best of local cuisine. Everything is prepared with real attention and heart, and you can feel it in every bite. If you appreciate atmosphere, quality, and authentic flavors, this spot is perfect for you. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to the owners and the kitchen team for such a memorable experience! We arrived in Genoa on a business trip and entered here almost by chance - actually about ten minutes before the official opening time.
