We went there for lunch on Sunday. The pizza by the slice was excellent. The only "Ligurian" flaw is that the prices are a little above average.

The pizza seems like a ready-made meal; the service is friendly, but they don't put any love into their work; it's more about making money. The price is okay for what's on offer. It's a shame, because the place is very nice! It could be a gold mine if the pizza were handmade.

Vertical Bar Riomaggiore

26/10/2025: Delicious drinks, also available for takeaway! Friendly service. Prices are higher due to the location.
13/09/2025: We visited here for some light lunch and a drink, staff very friendly and attentive, food and drink came quick and was so yummy (we had the focaccia ligure and Manorola). We loved this place so much we came back later for a caprese salad (we spotted someone else eating it earlier and looked lovely) we then stayed for a few delicious cocktails which didn't fail to amaze us. Thank you, will come back if we visit Riomaggiore again :)
