Guglielmo, in the dining room, was unparalleled in his kindness and friendliness. Extremely professional, perfect service with incredible precision. Absolute master of the tiny but extremely tricky dining room, as everything he does is executed to a level of absolute excellence. He opened the experience by explaining how he produces his spectacular cured meats. We began with an appetizer that deserves a star alone: ​​a charcuterie board of almost unrivaled quality. The ultimate was a creamy porcini mushroom soup, buffalo mozzarella, and black truffle...uncinato. It was literally sublime. We continued with Strancozzi with black truffle and oxtail stew...words are incomplete! From Guglielmo and Sara's passion, something truly unique was born, and, as we know, when love and passion merge, the result can only be excellent. A perfect symposium of flavors and aromas that inebriate the senses, heart, and soul. The incredible balance of each dish was further enhanced by the spectacular skill of those who used their talents in the kitchen. Every dish that came to the table was a culmination of flavor. The texture of the exquisitely cooked pasta was perfect. The red wine was excellent. Delicate, fresh, firm, and with a persistent depth on the palate and a decisive finish, it pushes all the flavors with every bite, blending perfectly with the ingredients. In the glass, it is striking for its intense and vibrant color. On the nose, the aromas evoke the scents of Matera. The desserts were the crowning achievement. They were literally divine. The common denominator of each dish was the perfect symbiosis of flavors, aromas, and above all, the ingredients, masterfully blended together. What can I say...I'll be back to try more dishes. Kudos to this wonderful place and its staff, who, with passion, love, and skill, manage to make everyone who decides to come into their delightful little place happy. A tiny, well-kept restaurant with outdoor tables. Luckily, we weren't deterred by the rain and still ate here thanks to the kindness of the staff and owner, who managed to seat us. It was definitely worth it! The first courses and the homemade desserts deserve special mention. The wine selection is excellent, both original and refined, with remarkable value for money and attentive, attentive service. Truly excellent!

I've been touring all the restaurants and taverns in Montefalco for years, and each time I can't help but agree that this is hands down the best place to eat. Dishes with sophisticated and tasty combinations, an intimate and "intellectual" atmosphere with books scattered on the tables to browse between courses, and warm and friendly service... A truly unique experience.

This is by far the most amazing food that we tried in Italy. Every course was amazing, from the soup. to the pasta, to the rabbit, to the amazing truffle dessert.

One of my favorite restaurants in Montefalco. Small place run by a husband and wife team. Creative and delicious pasta dishes are the best in town. Very small so get a reservation especially in Winter (only 4 tables inside).

Very small, personal Ristoteca with lovely, artistic details. Kind and attentive service and above all a fantastic kitchen, with very tasteful, home made, umbrian dishes. The wine recommendation was delicious too. It was an absolute delight and we would be very happy to come again! Grazie tanto.
