I've been touring all the restaurants and taverns in Montefalco for years, and each time I can't help but agree that this is hands down the best place to eat. Dishes with sophisticated and tasty combinations, an intimate and "intellectual" atmosphere with books scattered on the tables to browse between courses, and warm and friendly service... A truly unique experience.

This is by far the most amazing food that we tried in Italy. Every course was amazing, from the soup. to the pasta, to the rabbit, to the amazing truffle dessert.

One of my favorite restaurants in Montefalco. Small place run by a husband and wife team. Creative and delicious pasta dishes are the best in town. Very small so get a reservation especially in Winter (only 4 tables inside).

Very small, personal Ristoteca with lovely, artistic details. Kind and attentive service and above all a fantastic kitchen, with very tasteful, home made, umbrian dishes. The wine recommendation was delicious too. It was an absolute delight and we would be very happy to come again! Grazie tanto.

We had lunch and found a welcoming and professional service. I ordered a plate of homemade pasta that was nothing short of divine. I was recommended a local wine, *Sololoro* with a full and rounded taste, which I then purchased at the company at a later time. The staff is really kind and helpful. The tables are near the center in a pleasantly ventilated and shaded position. I strongly suggest going to meet them to taste their genuine dishes and appreciate Sara's excellent biscuits, which are a treat for the soul!!

This restaurant is a wonderful discovery! The ambiance is small, which is precisely why it's so special and magical. The decor and background music perfectly match the simple, yet original and artistic atmosphere, creating a truly unique setting. The service deserves the highest praise: efficient, extremely polite, fast, and remarkably patient. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The food is an absolute dream – a far cry from typical tourist menus. The cooking here is of the highest standard, both in terms of the quality of the first-class ingredients and the masterful preparation. Every bite was a delight! And best of all: the prices are surprisingly fair, not to mention affordable, considering the quality of the food offered. Excellent value for money.

We found this restaurant on TikTok, we were amazed by the care of this little place nestled in the historic center of Montefalco, the friendly staff and the small room make you feel at home, the food is crazy, the sauce with truffles is WOW. The ragù cannot be described, it must be tried. Highly recommended 😁
