I particularly appreciated the Fusilli with broccoli, anchovies, olives and toasted bread crumbs: an explosion of flavour! Desserts are also a must: the homemade Tozzetti and glass of Collina d'Oro Roccafiore passito are amazing! The staff is extremely professional and welcoming, with attention to the customer that immediately makes you feel at home. The suggestions on wines are also excellent, with a well-stocked cellar that ranges from Umbrian and national labels. The environment is elegant and refined, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Siamo stati in questa struttura per una breve vacanza …. Siamo stati ottimamente in una struttura perfettamente conservata … camere ampie e molto curate come curata è la pulizia … bellissima spa e un ottimo ristorante !! Che dire del personale?? Perfetto !!! Consiglierei come oasi di pace

Great wine, great food, great service. We enjoyed it a lot. The pork and the truffle noodles were amazing and the desserts also special and different from what you normally get even if you order standard dishes. Service was quick and friendly. It's also possible to do a wine tasting from their own vineyard.

We came for dinner through a package deal with the spa. While the spa was underwhelming and overpriced, the dinner was ok but the price-for-value was also simply not good compared to most places in Umbria. Extremely good wine and wine selection though.
