Had a great late dinner here on my first night in Florence. The waiter, Marco, was very attentive and gave me a detailed explanation of Chianti wines. The bottle of wine he recommended was excellent. I had paella, which was a bit dry but had plenty of seafood. Dessert was great too. Sat outside facing the piazza. All in all a very positive first night in this beautiful city.

The service and food were amazing! Sanjay was an excellent host. Would highly recommend this resturant to all who tour Piazza Santa Croce!

La comida estaba bien y lo que esperas para un almuerzo rápido. Rápido siendo el tema ya que el objetivo del anfitrión era que te atendieran y salir de allí lo antes posible. Utilicé el baño para cambiar a mi hijo y el anfitrión estaba esperando con la factura entre donde salí del baño y mi mesa. Cuando le pedí que pagara con tarjeta, me dijo TRES veces "puede dar propina en efectivo". La comida era fayre italiano estándar, pero no un almuerzo relajante, ya que querían la mesa para la siguiente persona. 52 Euros por 2 platos principales, pizza para niños y agua.

Malgré beaucoup de monde les serveurs étaient très efficaces, on a eu nos plans rapidement. C’était la deuxième fois qu’on y allait et toujours aussi bon. Les serveurs étaient serviables, compétents et très sympathiques. De plus les prix sont raisonnables pour un restaurant près de lieux fort prisés des touristes.

10/10/2025: Best pizzas we ever had. We ordered Amatriciana and Napoli d'Oro con Mozzarella, both of them were delicious. Really recommend to visit this place.

L'Artigiano Trattoria Pizzeria

19/10/2025: Good pizza and pasta dishes, well-cooked. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, and also suitable for large groups. They also have a covered outdoor garden. The prices are reasonable. I always enjoy coming here.
10/06/2025: The pizza is very good and also the other specialties they make including stewed octopus with puree. Very friendly and helpful staff. And a great restaurant 👍
