Absolutely horrible service. Also some little kids were screaming in the waiting room. So bad.

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms with reasonably comfy beds, quiet (though not when they're hosting parties), and a decent-sized bathroom. Breakfast is good, with both sweet (cereals, milk, yogurt, toast, croissants, jams and Nutella, and various cakes) and savory options (cooked ham, salami, cheese, rolls, sliced ​​bread, fruit juices, and freshly cooked eggs), as well as coffee drinks prepared at the bar.
