An iconic risotto dish, a must-try pigeon, and a tarte tatin to finish that leaves you, as it always should, with a fond memory of a wonderful evening! Always on point, both in the dining room and kitchen, with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism... 03/08/2025: A culinary experience not to be missed. Truly remarkable.
31/07/2025: We found and booked this cozy restaurant by chance in Prea, a typical Occitan village. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the village and the Ellero Valley. Traditional Occitan-Piedmontese dishes are carefully prepared by chef Edo, a friendly and welcoming person. The service is friendly and helpful. The blueberry and currant ravioli are a must. Excellent value.
