Fidelio In Bisceglie

An elegant restaurant in Bisceglie with refined food, perhaps overpriced for the local market. €3.00 per person cover charge, including water, bread, and olive oil. It's a shame we never received either bread or olive oil. Other tables in the restaurant did, however. Perhaps it's the friendliness of the staff? I remember it was more affordable a while back.
