It's hard to eat badly in Sicily, especially if you're looking for local produce.
The pane cunzato is good, but it's a shame about the price: €26 for a medium beer and a pane cunzato (which, let's be clear, is a topped frisella).
I understand it's a tourist destination, but I find it excessive to exploit it like this. And don't complain if people don't come back.

All good , smiles, Sicilian warmth, row ingredients. A five star; but when it comes to the price I've to drop 2 because 15-19 euros for Pane Cunzato that is a large bruschetta the wallet claims equity. If you add Dessert, water, and perhaps a good wine you must be prepared to pay 30-40 Euros each.

Excellent pane cunzato and a good selection of local wines (including from Vulcano itself).
Food prices are perhaps a little higher than the rest of the island.
You can easily get in until around 1:00 PM, but after that, you might have to wait due to the limited number of tables.

We ate really well! The dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients and exude the flavor of Aeolian tradition. The famous pane cunzato was simply exceptional: authentic flavors and generous portions.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The restaurant is also very charming, with attention to detail and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty, quality break!

We had lunch at this very welcoming place as soon as we arrived on the island. The very kind owner sat us down even though the kitchen was no longer open. We ate excellent pane cunzato, bread with braciole, and cannoli, and were even offered a glass of Malvasia. We'll definitely be back!!

This isn't our first time here, and we're always completely satisfied. The ingredients are undeniably good and fresh, and the preparations are perfect and balanced. I highly recommend them; the pane cunzato is a must.

A quaint little place, clean, fresh, and very welcoming, with typical Sicilian proverbs written on the walls. The only drawback is that it's very small. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We had delicious pani cunzatu for dinner, beautiful to look at, made with quality ingredients, and with an excellent, balanced flavor. Recommended for a casual, light-hearted dinner, yet still offering quality food.
