Service a little slow, but food and quality are excellent!

We were looking for a place with vegan options and found a super inclusive place, catering to all needs. They even have pencils for drawing and coloring on the placemats, which makes the atmosphere even more welcoming.

There's also a good selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes, in a truly welcoming and refined atmosphere. My photos don't do the place justice.

A unique, very special restaurant. The venue is modern. The food is served in a very friendly atmosphere, with plenty of interaction with customers. The food is well-prepared. The menu offers a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The beetroot flan with miso hummus is interesting and delicious. The vanilla, orange, and passion fruit pudding is excellent.

A truly lovely location, simple, basic yet modern and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and, I'd say, super efficient, considering that two people can do everything quickly. Meticulously prepared dishes, carefully selected ingredients, a very interesting menu suitable for everyone, a wide selection of gluten-free options, and a very wide selection of vegetables... average prices. Highly recommended! Congratulations!

This evening I wanted to introduce this restaurant to some friends. We spent a wonderful evening in a welcoming and well-kept restaurant in the center of Bassano. The service was attentive and friendly, even for the little ones, with games and paints available. And the food was natural, refined, varied, and delicious. The high quality allowed you to discover new combinations and flavors. Excellent value. Congratulations, I highly recommend it!

Intrigued by the thoughtful name, we arrived for lunch on a rainy Sunday: what a pleasant surprise! The place, welcoming in both appearance and service, is run by Nicola and his wife, who happily and proudly explain their commitment to homemade, artisanal food, using locally sourced ingredients, thoughtful combinations, and authentic care. The bigoli with duck, a traditional local dish, are excellent, while the roasted pumpkin and potato mousse are spectacular. A truly delightful place, highly recommended.

Ideal place for vegans and non-vegans alike. The restaurant is very cute and welcoming. I celebrated my graduation here, and the waitress who served us was lovely; they offered us appetizers. The food was very good!

We came to the Fermenteria on Sunday for lunch. A very welcoming place, with limited seating, and suitable for families with small children. The staff was helpful and friendly, very attentive to their customers. We ordered: • Buckwheat and turmeric spaetzle, cream of mushroom, parsley pesto, and smoked ricotta • Potato and turnip terrine with oregano, gratinated with sesame, chickpea hummus with miso and walnut pesto • Roasted celeriac, baby spinach, and coconut and curry sauce. Everything was delicious, plus they brought a generous portion of homemade bread. We highly recommend it if you're passing through Bassano.

All organic, with a variety of vegan options. Homemade bread and pasta. The entire menu can be made gluten-free. AIC restaurant. I had 2 first courses and 3 desserts (the gluten-free pasta was also excellent). The gluten-free bread is made by them with naturally gluten-free flours and was so good I had them sell me a loaf ☺️. High-quality ingredients. The chocolate ice cream with that hint of mint was amazing. The service was courteous, attentive, and unobtrusive. The restaurant is very clean and beautiful. This restaurant is a treat for the palate. An experience worth repeating. It's nice to see young people working so well. You can see they put a lot of work and care into what they do. Thank you.
