The pairings are unique and interesting. Homemade pasta, the tortiglioni with wonderful cheese, and the ribs are incredible.

Located on a quiet street in the heart of Bassano, the restaurant immediately strikes a welcoming, creative, and modern tone. This impression is further enhanced by the numerous paintings on the walls, featuring explosions of diverse colors, as well as the drawing pencils at every table. I loved the super-inclusive format, offering meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Another huge plus is the attention to celiac disease (they are AIC certified) and the willingness to recreate most of the menu's dishes gluten-free.
The pairings are very unique and interesting. We ordered two rice and spinach gnocchi with saffron (very delicate, perhaps lacking a touch of character, but still delicious) and the celeriac with coconut cream and curry (special).
Next time we'll be back to try the rest, especially the desserts, which looked truly amazing.

An experience not to be missed in Bassano. Refined and delicious dishes, elegantly presented. Friendly and efficient service. Craft beers brewed on site. Pleasant, low-volume music.
Elegant yet simple, this restaurant is a little gem. The prices are fair, in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very good vegan lunch, with a full plant-based menu. Dishes were both original and simple, tasty but not overly rich, at least not the ones I tried. The service was exceptionally friendly, bringing piping hot bread and a small appetizer. Overall, I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Prices are moderately high, but fair for the overall quality of the ingredients. Thank you for offering such a good and wide plant-based selection!

A pleasant discovery near the famous Bassano Bridge. We were immediately greeted with a smile and the kind of conversation that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with solid wood furnishings. Fragrant homemade whole wheat bread, still warm, began the meal. The unfiltered craft beer, with its herbaceous aromas and flavors, was excellent, as were the two vegetarian dishes: buckwheat spätzle with smoked ricotta and cream of fava beans with radicchio and crispy sorghum. The dishes are carefully presented and cooked to perfection, showcasing the aromas and flavors of the authentic ingredients. Naturally, the menu also features meat and fish options. The choice of organic ingredients guarantees a healthy, tasty meal, free from harmful substances. Even the heated bowls, to keep the food from getting cold during the meal, demonstrate customer care. Excellent and refined cuisine and a perfect welcome—what more could you ask for during a stop in Bassano? Congratulations, we'll be back.

We had lunch at this little restaurant with our daughter, who had been there before, and we were completely satisfied.
The atmosphere is welcoming, simple yet familiar, with attention to detail, and attentive and friendly service.
The owner greeted us upon our arrival with a warm and friendly smile, immediately creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The quality of the food is excellent: the menu offers meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, as well as exquisite desserts, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Everything is made in-house, including the pasta and bread.
In particular, as a vegan and gluten-free person, I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan and gluten-free dishes, as well as the locally produced bread, which is the best I've ever tasted in a restaurant.
The prices are slightly higher than average, but justified by the high-quality ingredients used.
We highly recommend the restaurant and offer our compliments to the staff 😊.

We had lunch before Christmas with 20 people.
Nicola was very helpful in suggesting the menu and quoting the price.
Very warm welcome.
Quiet atmosphere.
Waiters very accommodating to our needs.
Special food, very good and plentiful, of excellent quality.
The vegan dessert left us speechless; no one spoke or enjoyed it.

The food is excellent, the result of top-quality ingredients crafted with rare skill, creative flair, and technical expertise. In every course we tried, including the bread and welcome drink, you can sense the passion and, dare I say, love for the dishes created by the excellent chef. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The result is not just a meal, but a treat for the palate and the soul.
