Fermenteria In Bassano del grappa

I came to Bassano with a group of friends to see the Brassaï exhibition and we came across this restaurant. I have rarely eaten so well... all the dishes carefully prepared, a search for authentic flavors and knowing how to combine various flavours. Everything was excellent. There were 6 of us plus two children, we were all enthusiastic. Authentic kindness. Highly recommended!!!!!

A place with food done well. The place only offers products labeled as Organic. Beyond this, the flavor and preparation of the products were excellent. Would I come back? I'd love that.

From Nicola's greeting at the entrance we understood we were in the right place! Clean, tidy and warm environment. The sense of welcome and authenticity envelops you. It was my wife and I with our two children for lunch. Discreet and non-intrusive staff. Tasty dishes with quality raw materials. For my tagliatelle with osso bucco ragù (like a space shoe) I obviously extended my fork to my children's plates: remarkable cheese and pepper, but the fusilloni with vegetable charcoal and smoked Brenta trout will remain sculpted on my palate: delicate, graceful and non invasive...a real cuddle. Very good tiramisu, 85% dark chocolate ice cream and buckwheat shortcrust pastry: delicious. Price a little above average for a family, but justified by the quality of the raw materials and the research and work to satisfy the taste. Well done!! Paolo & family

Excellent experience with gluten-free products

Journey into taste between innovation and tradition. Excellent flavours, wonderful colours, from appetizers to desserts. If you come to Bassano del Grappa it is a must. Stra Stra Recommended

Randomly wandering around Brescia in a town where I had never been, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance: what can I say if not excellent! I have no pretensions as a food critic but I found the bigoli with duck ragù delicious (with accompanying shoe with excellent home-made bread), the roasted aubergine and tomato excellent, the tiramisu spectacular. Ice cold beer the way I like it and organic coffee coming, coincidentally, from my adopted city. The guys were very kind and at the checkout I also got some tourist tips to continue my tour of Bassano! Thanks and see you soon!
