Il Palmento is a very traditional and characteristic old building. In addition to a restaurant area, the pizzeria also offers rooms. The pizza is truly excellent, and the service and kindness of the owners were impeccable. My only complaint is about the rooms; the room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, comfortable, but the bathroom, while clean, was a bit dated and the shower was narrow. I would recommend updating the bathrooms, although I only saw the one in the room we were assigned, so I don't know if the others are different. Otherwise, the staff is truly hospitable and very friendly. There is ample free, reserved parking. We had a great stay. ☺️

Fantastic housed in a historic oil mill in an excellent position for excursions to Etna. Excellent restaurant with mouth-watering first courses. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. Fantastic service. Marcello the owner is always ready to pamper the customer.

An excellent location in Zafferana Etna, simple and clean rooms, excellent for short stays. The very characteristic and rustic restaurant with exposed beams and various ancient elements. Excellent pizza and a wide choice of good and fresh first and second courses. The staff was really kind and friendly, always ready for every need.
