Stopped at Felice a Testaccio as soon as we arrived in Rome and it was the perfect start. The cacio e pepe was incredible, they mix it at your table and it’s everything you want it to be. The ravioli was fresh, light, and full of flavour. Proper Roman food, done right.

Super appreciative of being able to get a last-minute table. The food was good. Reminded you of eating in someone’s home. But not our best meal in Rome by far. We went there on a Thursday so the menu had an oxtail pasta 10/10 add recommend but the signature cacio e pepe definitely had better on the street, overall the pasta was cooked well just lacked a bit of the creamy and fresh cracked pepper punch. The sommelier pushes high price wines over quality lower ones which makes this a bit of a tourist trap.

Tough to find good spots that aren’t just tourist traps. This might still be touristy but the food was absolutely solid, price wasn’t bad at all either. I got the pappardelle and it was solid. Don’t get it if you don’t want something heavy and creamy.

Incredible food and amazing service. The only issue I had was with the steak which seemed to have a bit more gristle and unchewable parts than I'm used to but overall, it was an amazing meal. The pastas were perfection.

Classic Italian dishes in the heart of Testaccio! The Italian classics are on the a la carte menu (antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni, dolci) and the server will go over the daily specials in detail. Primi (the pastas) are the Roman classics and they are flawless here, flip to the back pages for daily specials, and side dishes which are seasonal. Service is friendly, the dining room is very nice (and air conditioned) without being too formal, and the table staff speak both Italian and English. It's a solid choice for dinner and it was easy to get a table for 2 on a Friday evening at 8pm, however I'm a local and I do recommend making a reservation especially on weekends.

Era tanto tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante e sinceramente speravo meglio.. La famosa cacio e pepe (19 euro) non sapeva di nulla, metre la gricia era più buona ma non vibrava. Neanche le polpette al sugo e l'involtino mi hanno colpita. Nota di merito invece per l'abbacchio con le patate davvero sublime e per il personale gentilissimo e professionale. Ricarico decisamente eccessivo sui vini: il meno costoso si aggira sui 40 euro a bottiglia. Per essere un ristorante di cucina romana i prezzi sono davvero alti e a Roma si trova molto di meglio e a prezzi più contenuti. Non ci tornerò.

A Roma per due giorni siamo andati in questo ristorante consigliato da amici.. ci siamo trovati benissimo molto gentili e disponibili con tutto..carbonara..cacio e pepe..abbacchio tutto eccellente..per un ritorno a Roma ritorneremo senz’altro..
