A welcoming restaurant in the heart of Testaccio, serving classic Roman cuisine with a modern and elegant twist. The dishes are well-executed and of high quality: the first courses, especially the cacio e pepe and amatriciana, are truly spectacular and among the best of the evening. The wine list is also excellent, well-stocked and interesting. The service was good, friendly, and professional, though not particularly impressive. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, although I expected a little more to achieve excellence. Recommended.

One of the best restaurants we've tried here in Rome. A very charming and well-kept place, with very kind and helpful staff. Truly amazing dishes made with top-quality ingredients. I recommend the roast lamb and the tiramisu (really delicious). We'll definitely be back!

A very solid option in Rome! One of the better restaurants we got to visit.

The Carbonara was good, even if the pasta was a bit too al dente. The guanciale was crunchy. I didn't particularly like the cacio e pepe, perhaps it was a personal preference. The shank was good.

The prices are too high. The chocolate-infused tiramisu is good, but €10 is excessive. The gricia definitely needs improvement to honor Roman cuisine. The scene of the cacio e pepe being stirred at the table doesn't justify the €19 for a plate of pasta. The atmosphere is lovely, and the waiters are courteous.

I visited Felice in Testaccio and, overall, the experience was positive: the atmosphere was refined, the service was prompt, and the quality of the dishes—from the famous tonnarello cacio e pepe to the traditional main courses—is unquestionable. The cuisine remains true to authentic Roman cuisine, well-executed and satisfying. The tiramisu was excellent. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. That said, one thing cannot be ignored: the bill was decidedly too high for the quantity and simplicity of the dishes. You're clearly paying for the restaurant's name and reputation, rather than for the true value for money. In short: a good lunch, but with a price that tends to exceed expectations. Perfect for those who want to experience a Roman institution, even though there are better options in Rome at more affordable prices, but less so for those looking for a great value experience.
