Stunning location. Impeccable service. The chef is truly exquisite. The food is sublime.

A lovely place where we were comfortable, warm, and with relaxing music. I enjoyed almost everything, from the fish to the excellent, truly excellent tomato symphony, except for the parmigiana. The portions were perhaps not suitable for people with a good appetite, the meat was excellent with an excellent sauce (so much so that I even asked for more bread 😅), but it was served almost cold. I expected a slightly wider selection of wines by the glass, perhaps having Coravin (or similar) available for pouring. The desserts were unique, although perhaps I was expecting something more. The French pastry at the end was exceptional. Top-notch service and ambiance. 4 full stars.

At Fè, you immediately sense the passion that chef Francesco Laera pours into his dishes as he personally presents them to you—so much passion, but without presumption. An absolute perfectionist, he tolerates nothing less than excellence, and that's exactly what you'll find when you sit down at his restaurant. The atmosphere is refined, minimalist, yet warm, and as with the menu, there's a perfect balance between the past represented by the Trulli and the modern and elegant interior, all complemented by Eufenia's warm welcome.

A journey to discover flavors, territory, and emotions. A unique location, a very empathetic chef, and bespoke service—absolutely recommended. Everything was truly interesting, with some truly wow moments. Treat yourself, it's worth it.
