Spectacular menu, must love creative and delicious food to enjoy this menu. The wine pairings were also exceptional and the service superb! Best meal on our trip to Puglia.

Impeccable! I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I feel obliged, as Fè is a journey full of emotions in which chef Francesco and his wife Eufemia accompanied us. They made our anniversary perfect, making themselves available to fulfill our every request, the flowers, the change of dessert, the choice of music... everything was made perfect. A note of merit certainly goes to the accurate service (worthy of a Michelin star) and the care of the location, while as regards the dishes, certainly the oyster with prawn and caviar and the Wellington tartlet. A note of demerit for the duration of the dinner, which I would have liked to have lasted another 3 hours given how good we had it. We will definitely be back and not just once! COMPLIMENTS!

Suggestive and elegant venue. The small rooms, with just one table, guarantee the right intimacy. The cuisine, the result of the study and knowledge of chef Francesco, is excellent. The service in the room was impeccable. Added to the competence is the friendliness of all the staff, including the chef. I don't understand what Michelin is waiting for to award the star.....
