We felt at home with the owners, welcome and pampered guests, the elegant and welcoming environment and service goes well with a delicate and original culinary experience. The chef's vision of each dish is well expressed both by the service and his dishes. A rare gem in a delightful village like Noci which certainly deserves much more attention.

Great food, great service, great everything. There are a handful of trulli for indoor seating and a table for each one. Do a full tasting menu and wine pairing, and let everything else fall away for a bit.

I wouldn't have the right words to describe the culinary journey that chef Francesco Laera proposed to us. In an extremely elegant environment, maitre Domenico led us by the hand through the dishes created by the chef. The pairing of wines proposed to us was excellent. In my small way they deserve the Michelin star! Thanks and good luck.
