An unforgettable dinner! The atmosphere is unique, with the option of dining inside a trullo in complete privacy, with each table in a separate room. The menu tells the chef's story and how he wants to showcase his dishes and his cuisine. The journey is exciting, as each dish is told, and each dish has its own story and its own reason for being there. This is important because it connects the culinary experience to a deeper, more emotional one. Every single dish is crafted with great technique and deserves top marks. I couldn't say what I liked best, because every dish won me over more than many Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried in my life. The chef is incredibly sweet, and you can tell he LOVES his job. At the end of the dinner, he came into the dining room to chat, sharing his experience and the history of his dishes. This place has remained in my heart and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical night.

The tasting menu at Fè was an incredible experience. Chef Francesco Laera infuses his dishes with a mix of flavors and techniques, using excellent ingredients, creating a richly emotional experience. There are only a few tables, so you feel pampered and guided through each course to understand what the chef intended. Congratulations!

We dined at this Michelin-starred restaurant located inside some renovated trulli. The location is beautiful; we were seated in a small room with only our table, allowing us to dine in complete privacy, almost as if we were sitting at our own table. We tried the tasting menu with wine pairings. The cuisine is top-notch, and the chef has a delicate touch that is evident in every dish. We loved some dishes, while others, for our taste, lacked that extra kick, like the eggplant. The pasta with tomato sauce, the Podolica beef, and the Wellington tartlet were delicious. The dishes the chef calls "nel blu dipinto di blu" and "il nero e il mare" were extremely original, as well as delicious. As for the pairings, we tasted some wines with very unique flavors. The desserts were all exquisite, and we truly appreciated the kindness of the chef, who came to our table several times and with whom we had a delightful chat. Overall the service was very discreet and of an excellent standard.

We took SIMPLY FE as recommended and everything was perfect! The little girl took a cutlet with mayonnaise made by the chef for her and we were not charged any amount for her (not at all obvious) everyone was really great🫶

Impeccable!
I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I feel obliged, as Fè is a journey full of emotions in which chef Francesco and his wife Eufemia accompanied us.
They made our anniversary perfect, making themselves available to fulfill our every request, the flowers, the change of dessert, the choice of music... everything was made perfect.
A note of merit certainly goes to the accurate service (worthy of a Michelin star) and the care of the location, while as regards the dishes, certainly the oyster with prawn and caviar and the Wellington tartlet.
A note of demerit for the duration of the dinner, which I would have liked to have lasted another 3 hours given how good we had it.
We will definitely be back and not just once!
