An experience worthy of a star, two points to perhaps pay attention to: If wine glasses are emptied they must be refilled, sometimes without request because those who come for lunch have no financial problems. The food was such a mix of technique and flavors that we would have appreciated larger portions. I would have eaten many more of the ravioli on the menu. After all, you can see the passion in every moment and it's an honor to observe such profound tenacity in work and in cooking. Thank you. We'll be back.

Un final perfecto para nuestro tiempo en Noci. Un lugar íntimo con mucho carácter. La comida era increíble! ¡Desde la hermosa presentación hasta los maravillosos estallidos de sabor que golpean tu boca cuando comienzas a comer! Tuvimos el menú de 6 platos Simple Tasting con maridajes de vinos, además de los diversos Amuse - Bouche, pre-desierto y petit fours. Nuestra camarera era encantadora, y el chef nos presentó cada plato explicando el concepto y los ingredientes. Este es un toque realmente encantador. Recomendamos Fe a cualquiera que quiera probar comida maravillosa a un precio muy razonable. Gracias Francesco por una noche fabulosa.

What can I say, everything is perfect, excellent quality food, dishes studied and revisited down to the smallest detail, not classic cuisine, but high level cuisine where the less common way of making even a very simple pasta with tomato sauce is studied, which when eaten all together is less than simple, nothing short of superlative. Summer 2024 menu, the "SEMPLICEMENTE FÈ" tasting menu was chosen, an experience to try! Perfect service from Chef Francesco's wife, he himself approached our table for the Chef's pampering and explained to us in great detail the composition of some dishes as did his wife for all the courses. This is catering done with heart and professionalism and maximum attention even for those who, like us, go to the location with a one and a half year old child. Absolutely coming back!

The Fe restaurant represents the vision of food and good taste of its chef and his service. We felt at home with the owners, welcome and pampered guests, the elegant and welcoming environment and service goes well with a delicate and original culinary experience. The chef's vision of each dish is well expressed both by the service and his dishes. A rare gem in a delightful village like Noci which certainly deserves much more attention.

Unique experience, the location a surprise. In the dishes you can see the love for their territory which leaves room for innovation. Fresh menu and great views..."in the blue painted blue"!
