Very good pizzas, special selection of desserts, excellent service

Let's start with the strong points: we really liked the place and the service. We had an appetizer, two pizzas, and two desserts for €25 per person. You can find something cheaper in the area, but overall, the price is reasonable. The pizza dough was very good; the only thing we didn't like was the lightness of the ingredients, which were difficult to taste and distinguish. But overall, we left satisfied.

I visited Favilla Pizzeria con Cucina Roma a few nights ago, and I want to tell you how it went, as I perceived it from my table. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the welcoming and simple atmosphere, a place that doesn't try to be "cool" but rather makes you feel at ease, as if you were at a neighborhood pizzeria. I ordered a pizza, and I must say that the crust, with its crispy and light Roman dough, was truly pleasing to the palate: you could taste the quality of the flours and the long leavening, and the pizza was fragrant but not heavy to digest. The fried foods and appetizers I tried were tasty and well-made—especially the supplì, which were golden and flavorful, perfect for sharing while waiting for your pizza. The only thing that stands out, reading other experiences, is that there can sometimes be a bit of a wait to be served, especially when the place is busy, because the kitchen isn't huge and the pace is more artisanal than that of a large restaurant. In any case, I didn't wait too long, and the time was well spent chatting with everyone I met. The staff was courteous and helpful, even happy to recommend the right beer to pair with the pizza. Overall, what I take away from this experience is a nice mix of quality pizza, a genuine atmosphere, and average prices for a Roman restaurant of this price range. Definitely a place I recommend if you're looking for a casual evening with good pizza, without being too pretentious but still full of flavor.

Excellent pizza in the Appia San Giovanni area. The fried foods are also good.

A truly lovely, welcoming and well-kept little place. I had one of the best pizzas of my life, not too thick nor too thin, superbly topped, and cooked just right. They offer unique pizzas with delicious toppings. Excellent desserts. Impeccable service. Prices are in line with the high standard. Highly recommended; I'll be back soon.

I have never eaten better Italian pizza

Very nice and welcoming place. Even though I hadn't booked, they immediately set me up with a table. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. The food was very good and tasty. The pizza was well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and incredibly tasty. I also really appreciated the pleasant music that accompanied the dinner.
