We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, with special mention for the excellent local charcuterie and tagliatelle al ragù. One small regret: we hadn't made a reservation, so we couldn't enjoy the terrace, which looked very pleasant. A word of advice: remember to book in advance if you want to dine outside! The welcome and service were warm and professional, which added to the overall experience.

Nice place and interesting food

Bistrot Canossa ..piazza Antonio Fontanesi 2 ...Reggio Emilia. It has 2 very well furnished rooms, one of which is for private receptions on request and in addition to many seats outside on this beautiful square, a beautiful sight for those who come to these parts. It serves food for the hippy hour ..and serves excellent cocktails. It organizes events, group dinners, and aperitifs, in this very welcoming and cheerful location ..where you can spend days and even evenings in excellent company. Here you can also find and taste excellent local wines ..eating genuine foods, and "many other traditional Emilian dishes ..including cured meats, cheeses, fresh pasta and excellent cuts of beef and pork ..and also dishes of excellent fresh fish.

Very welcoming place, the food is good and tasteful. Trained staff. I'll be back!

Me friend and I just had the most amazing meal and evening. They are fluent with English, and have English menu. The prices are sooooo worth what you eat. I would return again and again and recommend to anyone visiting Reggio

Trip to Reggio Emilia and among the streets of the center we moved to the Canossa bistro... What a great coup! The bistro overlooks a large square and its interior is very well kept, very clean and the menu offered offers various alternatives with a nod to the connection with one's land. Delicious cold cuts and a super herb to say the least. Tagliolini with parmesan cream and delicious red tortelloni. Smiling and courteous staff. We will definitely return to visit the city in more depth and Bistrot Canossa will be a fixed stop. 🥳🥳

Eccellente ed inaspettata sorpresa! Non andavo in centro a Reggio da mesi perché facciamo esclusivamente shopping on line e andiamo nei ristoranti con giardino o con dehors riscaldati anche in inverno ma esperienza da consigliare! Prezzo onesto, ambiente pulito, bella gente, musica sottofondo non fastidiosa, primi splendidi, dolci da capogiro, torneremo!
