Bistro in Piazza Fontanesi, now the hub of the city's nightlife where it is possible to eat something outdoors in the evening or stop even just to have a drink with friends. Friendly, fast and precise service. Average prices

Pleasant experience. The restaurant is located on Piazza Fontanesi which is spacious and welcoming. The interior is well-kept and comfortable. Very good cured meats. The pumpkin tortelli melted in your mouth 😋 the red cappellacci were less good: the pasta in some places remained thick and hard and the color was a little too intense to seem natural 😅. Excellent service and staff. Honest bill: two appetizers, two first courses, a dessert, a bottle of Lambrusco and a bottle of water: €74.

When we arrived after a long day of bike touring, it was the perfect spot near our apartment. We ordered the fizzy red (called the Coca Cola of Reggio by our nice waiter) the calamari, pork cheeks, ravioli and a salad. For the prices, it was shocking to get exactly 7 calamari (turns out about 2e each) and exactly 9 small potato wedges with my tasty meat portion. Sorry to sound American but I don’t want to be raging hungry after nearly 100 bucks on a meal. I wanted to bring the pizza bill that I had to order after the meal. Long story short, service was good, food more or less tasty but the portions are laughable unless you like to be hungry right after you pay.
