04/02/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Simple but nice atmosphere, I immediately felt at ease. Quick service, dishes that were all tasty, not perfect but satisfying. Abundant dishes, my companion and I had an appetizer for 2: cuddles with ham and stracchino, one ribollita for each, a fried dish for two and two roast potatoes for one. Then tiramisu and chestnut flour and ricotta tartlet. We really went out satiated without being weighed down. The ribollita was good but the black cabbage could have been more represented. Good desserts, the tartlet was a little shy of being perfect but overall it was good and then it is not easy to find those who use chestnut flour especially in pasta shortcrust pastry and I really appreciated this. The best dishes were the fried food and the coccoli with ham. The menu is typically Tuscan with traditional dishes but with elements that reveal attention to detail. A menu of the right length and variability. allowed to highlight small imperfections to my taste because I think it is a place that really deserves it and I think that it could easily achieve perfection for this type of place. Undoubtedly one of the best places where I have eaten in recent years. I hope that the portions remain like this over time. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes.
