A wonderful place, just like Salvatore and Mariella...two fantastic people... They treated me, my dad, and my sister like family. Exquisite cold cuts...exceptional steak...not to mention Mariella's cookies and cakes...fabulous. The room and bathroom were spotless... It's a shame I can't give 10 stars. Thanks again for everything, Salvatore... See you soon

I brought my friends, precisely because they told me that the food is authentic and in a familiar, clean environment, surrounded by the greenery of the Cascia countryside, with family-produced products... and, of course, so it was... Everything, wonderfully good 🤤 and very kind family!!

We had a wonderful weekend. The food was authentic and excellent, not to mention the accommodations were practically perfect and equipped with every comfort. Salvatore, his wife, and children were exceptional people. We will gladly return. For our next visit to Santa Rita.

An ideal location to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. The staff (if they can be called a family, they'd be right) are incredibly helpful in helping guests learn about the area and its products. Authentic cuisine made with excellent local ingredients, at truly competitive prices. An experience I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.
04/10/2025: A sensational, unique, and authentic experience! Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

28/02/2026: Spectacular place, I've never had such good prosciutto. I recommend the house antipasto, the cured meats are nothing short of excellent. Lots of freshly made first and second courses, top-quality ingredients. Absolutely wonderful! And I forgot about the wine cellar, which really amazed me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
03/02/2026: A restaurant where you can enjoy quality traditional dishes. The starters were very good, with a good selection. The meat was well-cooked and juicy. It's perhaps one of the few places where you can choose your pizza crust: classic or Neapolitan. I have to say the Neapolitan crust is very good, and the ingredients are high quality. Overall, a good restaurant. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back.
