VERY RECOMMENDED I have never done a review, but I am happy that they are the first, very welcoming atmosphere and staff, kind and prepared, I found every dish very good and the service was exceptional, there was only a very small misunderstanding regarding the tip definitely in good faith, I didn't say anything because I would have left it anyway and at that moment I didn't want to put the staff and customers in difficulty behind my back

I went to this place because a friend wanted to try it at all costs. They welcomed us with a smile that is difficult to see in a restaurant in Rome. Kindness and courtesy were the key to this dinner from start to finish. The place is super well-kept and very suggestive because in every corner you can look at different details. And then the meat, you can feel the quality of the products and the care taken in preparing everything. We ate from the tasting menu and each dish was carefully explained to us. All dishes delicious. Furthermore, 10 more points for the open kitchen, a plus that demonstrates a transparent way of working. We will definitely return with some friends. Thank you so much ☺️

Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. Each dish is served with its explanation and you notice that nothing is left to chance. The tasting menu allowed us to taste different dishes including dessert. We will be back!

A place that I have wanted to try for a long time and which fully lived up to expectations. Excellent raw material, which is enhanced both with simplicity and with more courageous and alternative proposals. Very interesting combinations with scottona (among others, sauces). A different experience from the usual ones that is worth trying, I had fun eating! Price (also considering a good bottle choice) absolutely in line with the quality offered and the quantity. Service in line with the venue, friendly and attentive. Well done!

Locale è molto accogliente e si respira un'atmosfera familiare. Ottima scelta di carne e selezione di vini, ottimo anche il sushi in versione romana. Tra le altre cose offrono anche un opzione senza glutine (non aic)

restaurant serves most dishes with raw meat. The carne salada with crusco pepper is good, the bao are ok and also the selection of 18 pieces of scottona roll. The place is very nice, with posters of great films. nice selection of wines, which ranges widely between mostly natural Italian and French wines. Service was a little absent and approximate, I had to get up to ask for a glass of wine and the dessert was brought to us without forks and it took a while before I pointed this out to the waiter. I don't know if I would personally go back. However, I recommend trying it

Excellent quality of meat, recommended sushi with fantastic combinations. The waiters were kind and professional and apologized for the somewhat unusual wait and gave us a bottle of wine, but the wait was truly worth it. If you are traveling by car I recommend arriving early due to the lack of parking.

The dishes are something unique, nothing to do with the other meat sushi in Rome. The owner who serves the tables is super friendly and attentive. Compliments :)

Trying your cuisine has been a great desire of mine for a long time, and I finally managed to make it come true, greatly exceeding my expectations! A welcoming and informal environment that exudes professionalism and attention from every point of view. The courses release a witty imagination in the combinations, sometimes risky but pleasantly surprising, all taken care of in the setting which enhances the raw materials, absolutely of excellent quality. The service received was impeccable, the waitress, smiling and witty in suggesting what to taste, pampered us and created a very comfortable atmosphere, to which each young and courteous member of the staff contributed. A perfect evening crowned by a reasonably honest bill. Enviable cellar. An experience that I recommend without a shadow of a doubt if you love raw meat, the nigiri are delicious, highly recommended
