This was an amazing discovery! If you like tartare and other raw meats, this is the place to be! Good quality of the food and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When in Rome, it is worth to leave the tourist center and come here to eat!!

The manager was very friendly without being fake. Excellent food... Parking is a bit of a problem for a working-class neighborhood like Centocelle. But the culinary experience is worth the patience.

There were four of us, and the experience was truly positive. The staff was friendly, kind, and always available. We decided to try a little bit of everything, from the meat sushi to the raw fish selection (absolutely spectacular), to the beef fillet. Everything was REALLY good! The quality of the meat was excellent, and in my opinion, the best dishes were those with the least amount of seasoning. The desserts and wine also rounded out the evening perfectly. It's become my favorite restaurant! We'll definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant where you can eat truly high-quality raw Fassona beef! Each dish is crafted with truly interesting and never boring combinations, making it very difficult to choose. Try everything! The Great Gatsby is phenomenal!

Very comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Service is a bit slow, but that's in light of the food! Top-quality meat, pleasing contrasts. I'll be back as soon as I'm back in Rome!

Locale accogliente ben arredato semplice ottima atmosfera piacevole tranquilla ideale per passare una buona serata in compagnia. Menu molto particolare interessante con tante proposte invitanti. Buona qualità ottimi saporiti davvero soddisfatto.

07/08/2025: I stopped at this pizzeria to try the Roman pizza by the slice. We ate the famous Roman pizza and had a great time. Two friendly guys behind the counter. Highly recommended.
