Faros Beer In Bari

15/02/2025: Bel locale nel centro storico di Monopoli gestito da persone cordiali, gentili e simpatiche. Conosciuto in occasione della cena di San Valentino dove era proposto un menù fisso davvero squisito... Ci tornerei senza dubbio e lo consiglio a tutti!

16/12/2024: We were on a tour and enjoyed walking around Monopoli. However ,we were getting and had limited time. To add to the stress many places including the 2 our guide gave us were closed on Monday. This place had the outdoor heaters on and we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is very unique in that it is built into what seems like a cave. To get to the outdoor area, the winding tunnels were quite cool! Our seats were taken and our waiter was extremely helpful in making selections. We ordered the carbonara with seafood, the insalata with smoked salmon and the parmigiana to share. The pasta was loaded with mini shrimp and squid. The salad had plenty of diced salmon and the parmigiana was piping hot for the windy . cold day. The meal was very good; the service the same and the ambiance fantastic. Thank you for making it a nice experience on a somewhat concerning day with weather and places closed.
