Farina In Pesaro

I've had the chance to try all three types of their pizza dough (thin, thick, and focaccia). The attention to detail in the ingredients is remarkable, as is the drinks (one of the few places with MoleCola and Gaza Cola), and I can already say that the price is more than fair for the quality. However, I've never been able to sleep after dining here (NB: only the first time I had beer; the other times I've had water or cola).

We ate at Farina in July. It was very unusual, and the menu was a great idea. The food was absolutely fantastic, the price was great, the ambiance was fantastic, and the service was very friendly. If you're in Pesaro and don't eat there, you're missing out. TipTop

The pizza here has a different flavor...we're talking about an excellent quality product with perfectly balanced and tasty combinations. Well done, guys!!!

Close to the seafront. The staff is friendly. They are very strict about the menu; changes cannot be made. The pizzas were good, even if the crust was burnt (5 out of 5 pizzas). Prices are a bit high.

Sono venuto con mia moglie e questa volta ho mangiato una pizza capricciosa, e devo dire che l'impasto è eccellente, per me che non sono un'amante della pizza., sono rimasto veramente contento. Il personale molto gentile, torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati un sabato sera in questa pizzeria. L'ambiente è elegante ed accogliente. L'obiettività dei gestori di Farina è realizzare pizze con impasto ed ingredienti sostenibili ed il più possibili locali, cosa certamente da apprezzare. Gli antipasti, patatine fritte e pizzette fritte, buoni ma non molto distanti dalla qualità media. Le pizze invece si sono rilevate davvero ottimo. Un plauso particolare va alla 6 spicchi, che sia dal punto di vista del condimento che della impasto sì e rilevata davvero al top della categoria. Valide anche le pinse ma secondo me non allo stesso livello della napoletana. I prezzi sono più alti della media: per una pizza più "sofisticata" si spendono sui 13-16 euro.  Certamente c'è dietro una filosofia ed una qualità delle materie prime, però si deve anche pensare che una pizza decente si paga sui 7-9 euro in altre pizzerie... Senza infamia né lode il servizio. In definitiva certamente tra le migliori pizzerie di Pesaro, ed in generale un paradiso per chi ama la pizza napoletana. Prezzi più alti della media.
