Found by chance in a residential area of Trastevere.
Menu proposal that varies from typical Roman cuisine, with refined first and second courses, to the flagship with stuffed pagnottelli. Everything absolutely excellent, with quality products ... certainly superior to the restaurants in the area and beyond.
Finally, a family environment and excellent professionalism.
A special thanks to Angela, Andrea and Matteo for their friendliness and impeccable service.
If you pass through Rome, it is a must-see!

We've really enjoyed Farina and would recommend having a dinner if you like a modern twist of italian cousine. In Farina you will find the most amazing sandwiches (Peter pan was our favourite) - pagnottelli - and frittatini artiginali (for us di pasta alla carbonara was the best) are a must! Just enjoy the cozy vibe and very friendly waiters

We went to Farina during aperitivo time and everything was excellent! The drinks were well-prepared and really good, as were the fried foods, pizzas and bruschettas — everything was delicious. The service was impeccable: a special thanks to the waiter Matteo and also to the delivery team, who very kindly even offered to bring us cigarettes!
Unfortunately it was our last night in Rome and we didn't have the chance to return, but we will definitely be back to try the seafood. Highly recommended!

While visiting Rome found this gem. Food, atmosphere and staff amazing. Our server was Andrea, he was great and recommended an amazing red wine, he definitely had a fine palate. Pizza (Quattro formaggio) and freshly made Pagnotelli were amazing. Definitely going back when visiting again.

I have been frequenting this place for a long time. The food is truly appreciated, the carbonara is something exceptional and this is thanks to Carletto, who has golden hands. Siamo stati a cena con i nostri bambini la prima sera che soggiornavamo a Roma in un hotel a pochi passi. Pizza ottima, ma la menzione speciale va al personale gentilissimo. Ci hanno visto palesemente in difficoltà con la figlia più piccola, e la cameriera è venuta a prenderla e se l'è portata a spasso per il locale per permetterci di mangiare 2 minuti in tranquillità. Se potessi darei più di 5 come voto.
Se torneremo a Roma sarà tappa fissa! ❤️
