Passing through Cuneo, we have lunch here. Russian salad, knife-cut burger and couscous...all very good. Nice place. I really don't understand who says the ladies in the place are unpleasant: I think he's unpleasant..! 😉. We'll be back.

Food: particular, good, authentic. It is interesting to present the hamburgers with tomino in addition to or instead of meat. It's a shame that the menu, which was also very nice, featured sheep and goat tomini which were actually not available because they were no longer processed.
Location: even in this particular case, it's a shame about the lack of ventilation which doesn't empty the place of the smell of cheese.
Service: we are not there. I've been twice and, apart from the lack of friendliness of the ladies, they are not very skilled at the checkout. The first time I waited twenty minutes, the second ten.
Good price.
I will raise it to 4 stars when I find the desired improvements. The potential is there.
Luckily lactosolution, which makes me digest the lactose in tomino!

Abbiamo prenotato in tre per in apericena veloce, ma alla fine con I piatti ordinati abbiamo cenato veramente. Locale accogliente e personale gentile. Tutte portate a base di portate di ottimi formaggi come da tradizione di Famu. Consigliato sia per aperitivi che per pranzo e cene.

I went to the Famù Bistrò for a very quick dinner, in a group of 8 people, before attending a dance recital at the Toselli theatre. Good food, courtesy, clean environment, in the beautiful Contrada Mondovì of Cuneo. I have to go back more calmly, to better appreciate the cuisine!
For the first time, someone like me who really likes cheese will find himself immersed in the land of toys

First time in Cuneo. I looked for a quiet place and when I saw that fondue was on the menu, I jumped in. Delicious!! They call it the MEL VOLCANO.
They make platter sandwiches and their specialty is cheese from their valleys. Beer and wine and homemade desserts. It deserves 5 full stars but I give 4 because, personal taste, I like the cheesecake in the slice and not in the glass cup.
Small, beautiful and unique place.
