Famù Bistro In Cuneo

A very nice bistro in the center of Cuneo. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We sampled a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses of incredible quality and quantity. We continued with two "Made in Famù" hamburgers, as you can only find here. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Antonella, who kindly came out to tell us about her dishes and offer advice. We will definitely be back.

Every time I pass through Cuneo from Milan, "Famu" is a must. Excellent food, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I came years ago and am returning now. It was a truly disappointing experience regarding the food, especially considering the price. First of all, the gluten-free option was the depressing "cold cuts/salad and mozzarella" and almost nothing else. (The waitress even started saying that "we cook everything in the same oven, so we can't guarantee there's no cross-contamination," in an annoyed tone. In 2026, that seems a bit unforgivable for someone with intolerances, but okay, we'll get along with it.) But the worst thing was the burger: cardboard-like meat of truly poor quality and pink on the inside (a burger should never be raw, but okay), despite asking the waitress twice to make sure it was thoroughly cooked for my health reasons. I bit into the burger and it was raw on the inside, I couldn't eat it. The rest of the food was good, but this burger ruined our entire meal.

Excellent experience. It would have been even better if they'd offered a vegan burger. The baked potatoes and the hummus and marinated purple cabbage crouton were excellent. I highly recommend this lovely place. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In the beautiful Contrada Mondovì, you'll find the famù bistro. Already famous in the province of Cuneo for its dairy products, famù opened this bistro and it's been an instant success. The ingredients are excellent, the service is courteous and professional—in short, everything is perfect. Reservations are always recommended.

Modern location and friendly staff. Wide selection of dishes with excellent, quality ingredients. We'll be back.
