A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home (and Heaven!) Fabrica is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell anyone about—just so you can keep it all to yourself. A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy. I’ll be back again. And again. And again!

Loved this cafe! Plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. I got a cappuccino and cornetto and they were both delicious. The baristas were very friendly and offered many great options to someone we were with that preferred iced tea to coffee. This day I went in around 9am but I would love to go back at night for a drink sometime.

Very original place, the staff is very kind and the food is good, the menu offers interesting dishes, I recommend it

In a tastefully converted former factory in the heart of Rome, this venue offers a rich and refined aperitif, with gourmet options, excellent cocktails and a unique atmosphere. The industrial setting, with soft lighting, original furnishings and green details, creates a suggestive setting ideal for a relaxing evening. Perfect for those looking for something different from the usual. The only thing to improve: the service could be faster.

A lovely, neighbourhood cafe/bar with working A/C. The staff members are pleasant and so helpful. I made two visits one for a late lunch and a morning coffee stop: both excellent! All the cakes looked lovely and I can recommend the baked cheesecakes. Close enough to the Vatican and environs but tucked away from the busy traffic noise and air quality. Grazie!

Delicious fruit iced tea, super friendly bartender and the only place in Prati with air conditioning when it's 38 degrees outside. Perfection.

Nous nous y sommes rendues exprès car référencé dans le routard 2025 comme lieu avec déco sympa, verrière et grande amplitude horaire. Le lieu est très sympa, l’entrée fait boutique de thé et on pense s’être trompé d’adresse mais en s’avançant on découvre la partie café, bar, restau Déception car nous n’avons pas pu nous installer dans la partie la plus sympa du lieu car soit Disant réservée pour les ” parties ”, les chaises et les banquettes où nous avons dû nous installer sont incohérents avec le reste de la déco, dommage ! Nous pensions pouvoir manger salé à n’importe quelle heure mais non car créneaux horaires définis. Grand choix de thé Bon café Gâteau chocolat-noisettes excellent !!! Goût de noisettes bien présent et sucré juste comme il faut !!! Ça donne envie de tester tous les autres gâteaux !!! Toilettes moyennement propres Patron sympathique, personnel sans plus. Prix pour un thé, un américain, un cappuccino, un cookie et une part de gâteau : 19€ Jolis biscuits offerts avec les boissons
