I am Taxi Stambek, an NCC taxi from Canazei. I often pass by this very nice place on my way to Venice, also because inside they sell Birra Pedavena, a very good local beer. The restaurant and pizzeria is very large and the choice of pizzas is very wide. The meat and pizzas are delicious. Giorgio, the owner, and his staff are always ready to satisfy the requests of their customers. Highly recommended. Very strategic location along the main road that goes from Agordo towards Belluno, adjacent to the petrol station.

An absolutely wonderful experience at Fabbrica in Pedavena, Valle Agordina! I chose a burger and it was PERFECT – tender meat, impeccably cooked, sensational taste. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and our waiter Alexandru made the evening unforgettable with his kindness and professionalism. I felt amazing and can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. I highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came back today and also tried the pizza – excellent, with crispy dough and authentic Italian taste. A confirmation that the entire menu is superlative!

I had the best burger of my life here! The juicy meat, the fresh ingredients and the flavor combinations are perfect. The atmosphere is relaxing and the Pedavena beer complements everything wonderfully. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location has a special vibe. I recommend 100%. I will definitely be back!

A spacious, very welcoming, and clean place. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The pizza is very good, as are the pasta dishes and toasted sandwiches, both plain and stuffed. I'll have to come back (with pleasure) to try the rest.
