FEEL GOOD!!!!! We met by chance one Sunday for lunch, we knew him by name from other people we booked at the last minute and we were lucky. The staff is so kind and helpful that not even in the 4 star resorts have they treated me like this. Let's move on to the top beers and the food too we had a very fresh meat carpaccio with a spectacular taste I then had the ribs in bbq sauce (I'm not crazy about the sauce) these cut themselves and my half Taglierini with ragù of... sorry I don't remember. Will I go back? Of course absolutely!

Today we visited the Birrificio di Busalla with the invitation of our friends and we were really excited! The owner welcomed us with great passion, telling us the fascinating history of this historic brewery, from its foundation until today. A journey through time between curiosity, tradition and a lot of love for beer! After the visit, we had lunch in their restaurant, a truly suggestive place: just think that right there, once, the famous Busalla beer was produced! The food was excellent, the staff was kind and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I think it is also the only brewery in Italy to have the honor of producing beer right in a place called BIRRA 😀 in addition to being one of the HISTORICAL breweries in Italy In any case, we spent a wonderful day, with wonderful people and an experience that we really recommend to everyone. If you are a beer lover (and not only!), it is absolutely worth visiting this unique place, where they still produce totally natural and genuine beer. 🍻

Cena di coppia per festeggiare un compleanno in sordina. Birra buona classica bionda beverina e molto gustosa, va giù bene. Stufato di Angus alla birra davvero eccezionale, costina di manzo alla paprika buona ma un po' indietro per in nostri gusti. Tris di dolci buoni. Locale accogliente con arredo tipico da birrifici piacevole, con musica e luci relax. Servizio buonissimo, un po' lento se c'è gente ma il Personale è molto accogliente e gentile.. Bravi a presto

Pranzo per 22 persone con esperienza degustativa di ottime birre (loro produzione) e ottima proposta culinaria in abbinamento. Il birrificio è storico su Genova ma il proprietario mastro birraio Lorenzo è sempre innovativo e propone una selezione di birre prodotte con attenta cura. Il ristorante potrebbe essere una sorpresa ma in realtà è molto apprezzato per chi già lo conosce...propone una selezione di piatti in libera scelta o formule ad hoc per pranzi o cene di gruppo. Lo consiglio!
