Pranzo per 22 persone con esperienza degustativa di ottime birre (loro produzione) e ottima proposta culinaria in abbinamento. Il birrificio è storico su Genova ma il proprietario mastro birraio Lorenzo è sempre innovativo e propone una selezione di birre prodotte con attenta cura. Il ristorante potrebbe essere una sorpresa ma in realtà è molto apprezzato per chi già lo conosce...propone una selezione di piatti in libera scelta o formule ad hoc per pranzi o cene di gruppo. Lo consiglio!

The Busalla Birra Factory is an ideal place to enjoy excellent craft beers and simple but well-prepared dishes. The beers are excellent, with a good variety of choices, and the food, such as the burgers and cold cuts, is quality. The environment is pleasant and the staff very kind. Perfect for an evening with friends or an informal lunch. Recommended, especially for those who love beer!

Ideal place to spend an evening with friends (just a few meters from the Busalla motorway exit)! Wide choice of dishes and especially craft beers: I recommend choosing the tasting of 4 beers and the cold cuts and cheese platters. Welcoming, professional staff attentive to customer needs, in a refined environment where everything refers to beer (posters, murals, quotes...). Important: bring a teetotal friend with you who can take you home!

Mangiato un sabato sera (meglio prenotare) tutto molto buono ,personale molto gentile e professionale ma il loro forte e la birra che producono al 100 % artigianale .SUPERLATIVE VERAMENTE . Prezzi onesti ,ambiente accogliente ,sicuramente torneremo.

26/03/2025: Da tempo avevamo notato le ottime recensioni di questo locale e pertanto abbiamo deciso di provarlo .... e abbiamo fatto benissimo. Location molto carinace accogliente, in pieno centro a Genova. Personale competente e molto cortese che garantisce un ottimo livello di servizio, adeguato all'eccellente cucina del giovane ed estroso chef Daniele Rebosio. Piatti originali e nel contempo molto gustosi, materie prime di alta qualità cucinate con grande maestria. Prezzi adeguati all'offerta. A mio parere, prossimo candidato a una stella Michelin .... chapeau.

25/01/2025: For a quick lunch during the working week it's top. Low prices and high quality
20/01/2025: The place is intimate and nice, with a welcoming atmosphere and very kind staff, even if perhaps a little too informal, but it fits in the context. Prices are moderate and in line with a restaurant, and the food is good, without leaving a memorable impression. Definitely a place I would return to. However, there was one detail that compromised the experience: the presence of midges near our table. In particular, it was quite annoying to notice a dead gnat floating in the still full glass of wine. I don't know if the problem depends on the room or the humidity, but a situation like this inevitably lowers the overall rating. Greater attention to these hygiene aspects would really make a difference.
