An unexpected gem: a craft brewery and pub that nourishes you well and quenches your thirst even better. I drink a dark Irish Stout, less peaty than Guinness, but with a refined flavor. Expertly tapped, kept at the perfect temperature. I dine on a platter of cured meats and fried gnocco, and a grilled tomino surrounded by grilled vegetables, salad, and cherry tomatoes. An excellent and light selection, the beer enhances the flavor of every bite. The service is simple and efficient. The venue is meticulously curated, evoking the old and new glories of the ancient brewery, now brought back to life through artisanal methods. A gem worth savoring, especially considering that just across the street, in the courtyard, is a very welcoming hotel for the rest and comfort of travelers.

Very nice. I'd been to this place years ago, when they opened, and I found another location next door. Photos of this experience? Unfortunately, no...we left for the ravioli in Ternano, in Valbrevenna. Considering the line, we'd have dinner at 10 p.m., so, super hungry, we headed to where I'd been several years ago. There's a wide selection of pinsas, platters, first and second courses, including grilled ones, and of course, excellent beer. I chose the traditional pinsa, a light dough, excellent tomato and mozzarella, with a glass of Nebbiolo delle Langhe Alte Rocche Bianche, and I can assure you, the wines are also excellent.

Dinner for four, excellent beer and excellent meat!

Everything was very good. The local beer was delicious, as was the food. The service was very friendly. Thank you!

Found by chance, following an obligatory stop, due to mechanical failure, we had a great time, even parking the motorbikes inside the courtyard, served after hours, the waiter also helped us find a workshop (then closed, because it was Sunday). Genuine food, abundant dishes. Excellent dessert. I think I'll happily go back again on my next trip.

We visited this brewery for the second time, once in the winter and this time in the summer, and I have to say that in addition to finding excellent beers, I chose a single dish, and I have to say it was truly filling and delicious. The staff was really kind and helpful. If I had to find something that left me a little perplexed, it would probably be the parking, because unfortunately, being on a main road, it's a bit difficult to find parking. Recommended

The restaurant is connected to the adjacent factory. The meat dishes are good; I had the mixed grill and enjoyed it. But people come here to sip an excellent beer. Given its location, the place is cool and the food is good. So, it's a great place to eat and drink with friends. Its proximity to the A7 motorway exit makes it easy to get to. Recommended.

We stayed at the hotel across the street for two days, so we had two evening meals at this restaurant. Nothing to say, except that it's simply EXCELLENT!!!!!! I don't speak Italian, but the staff was incredibly kind. We tried several starters, main courses, and desserts, not to mention their beer, which was delicious!!!!!! It's the first time I've ever had a dark beer 😊 Go there with your eyes closed, but given their reputation, I suggest you book a table.
