Excellent cuisine, 180-degree views of the Langhe, with some tables even located in the adjacent park (in the summer). A superb location (and restaurant) for the usual, well-known names in the Langhe. The property is one of the historic structures and charming hotels that no one would ever imagine finding in VERDUNO. 14/09/2025: I just spent a one-night stay at this charming Hotel Diffuso with several annexes surrounded by greenery. It's tastefully and elegantly furnished. The restaurant is also excellent, and they even offered a revisited spinach risotto for a vegan friend. The plum sorbet is sublime. The hazelnut cake is the perfect zabaglione. Dogs are welcome and treated very well. The atmosphere is family-friendly... you feel at home. Highly recommended! The breakfast was also excellent, with local products and everything homemade.
