I have been to the Est Est restaurant on Via Genova and it was a truly fantastic experience! I ate the Roman-style artichokes and the Roman-style saltimbocca with baked potatoes: everything was prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the place was very welcoming. It is a place that I highly recommend for those who love Roman cuisine made to perfection. Highly recommended! 🌟

Some service staff seemed very unmotivated and listless. Food (starter, main course, dessert) was really good. The portion of the pasta dish could have been a little larger.

A beautiful day in the company of friends visiting the wonders of Rome and the discovery of a historic restaurant in the heart of Rome where we found a welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff and above all first courses of traditional Roman cuisine such as carbonara, cacio e pepe, gricia and amatriciana which were fantastic to say the least. We will be back to taste other specialties.

19/03/2025: Very welcoming place, arrived by chance for dinner, the very kind and welcoming owner immediately put me at ease, always ready to exchange a few words, what can I say, excellent food, especially the meat, wonderful staff, highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
