The service and food deserve applause. The starters are excellent, the desserts delicious. The atmosphere is rustic, and only for those who like it. Keep it up.

They're under new management, and while they haven't lost the characteristic charm of this old restaurant, you can feel a youthful edge in the dishes, which are still traditional but refined. In addition to the pizza, which is always excellent, I loved the pan dorato with chicory and pecorino cheese and the pan imperiale, absolutely not to be missed! The wines are also excellent. The prices are truly fair. We'll be back!

So. Arrived in Rome. Staying in a hotel just round the corner. And the rain came on. So. We looked at what was close by. And as luck would have it we had this amazing restaurant nearby. The decor is classic. Staff are lush. And the food is just stunning. Italian Roma food done perfect. We had the tagliatelle with butter and Parmesan and it was sublime. Read a bunch of google reviews before hand and it mostly gets great reviews. The poor review about the pizza being like cardboard!!!! It’s Roma pizza, no crust and crispy. not thick doughy horrible Napoli pizza. The pizzas here are stunning. David Portnoy would say zero flop 👍😜

WE LOVED IT. The first time we ordered pizza and pasta, which were incredible, and we decided to go back before our trip. If you're looking for a traditional restaurant with typical Italian food, highly recommended. For me, it's one of the best things I've tried in Rome.

Ieri sera ci siamo stati in sei e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Storica per vocazione, Est Est Est ha recentemente vissuto una vera e propria rinascita: il cambio di gestione ha portato nuova linfa e un’energia straordinaria. I nuovi gestori, con il loro dinamismo, hanno saputo valorizzare la tradizione arricchendola di vivacità e attenzione al dettaglio, senza intaccare l’atmosfera unica da vecchia trattoria romana, con le sue calde pareti in legno che raccontano storie di convivialità autentica. Il menù è un tributo alla genuinità e ai sapori di una volta, con prodotti sfornati con metodi tradizionali e una cura che si sente in ogni morso. Dalle pizze alla romana croccanti e sottili ai piatti tipici della tradizione come la carbonara o gli gnocchi con salsiccia, passando per calzoni, focacce, bruschette, verdure fritte, antipasti sfiziosi e crostini: ogni portata trasmette il calore di una cucina familiare e appassionata. Una menzione speciale meritano i dolci della casa, che non deludono mai, e l’ottima selezione di birre e stuzzichini, ideali per un inizio informale o per accompagnare una chiacchierata tra amici. Il servizio è impeccabile, cordiale e mai invadente, perfettamente in linea con l’anima accogliente del locale. Est Est Est è il posto ideale per fermarsi dopo una mostra, una passeggiata in centro o semplicemente per riscoprire il piacere di una buona pizza fatta come si deve. Un locale che ha ritrovato slancio, senza perdere la sua anima. Consigliatissimo.
