Everything was excellent and special. You took us on a true sensory gastronomic journey, each dish a surprise of flavors, tastes, and aromas, not to mention the aesthetics of the dishes: beautiful, colorful, and elegant. The location was beautiful, elegant, refined, and comfortable. Top-notch service and super attentive staff. We will definitely be back. Everything was excellent. We ordered the six-course vegan tasting menu and were truly full afterward; it was delicious. The place is quiet and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back. There's also an excellent selection of vegan wines.

A lovely experience.
A few small imperfections: the fish puff was pleasantly crunchy on top but wet underneath.
We may be a bit deaf, but the waitress spoke incredibly softly, and we were forced to ask for a repeat after every dish and then resign ourselves to not understanding.
The wine pairings were good...the last red was a bit risky (Montepulciano, if I remember correctly).
Overall, a lovely experience; we felt pampered and it was good value for money.

Excellent experience. We went on Boxing Day. The menu was excellent, with seafood dishes that were truly unforgettable. The panoramic view of the trabocchi was a real plus. The service was attentive, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The price for a seafood menu on a holiday was more than fair. Congratulations!
