Essenza Cucina di Mare is always a guarantee. Excellent food quality and dishes presented in an original way to match an excellent wine list. Kind and prepared dining room service and location taken care of in the smallest details, view of the wonderful Trabocchi coast especially at sunset. Absolutely recommended!

The environment is well-kept, warm and welcoming. The chairs are a little uncomfortable but that's okay for me as I'm overweight. The view of the coast and the beach of S. Vito is very beautiful. The problem is that parking is difficult to find even now that we are in June but, considering everything, I can accept this little "suffering". The food is really very good, unique and well-kept. Just a little salty, but I use very little salt. The staff is present, competent and attentive. A very pleasant evening, in the right company, in the right place, tasting excellent dishes. At the end of the evening, finally, we were able to say "We will definitely be back".

Essenza is an excellent restaurant for the quality and originality of the dishes. The service is friendly but impeccable. You feel at home and want to return to be pampered again. Well done

21/06/2025: Informal place with very fresh fish. Every day the menu changes depending on the catch. The guys in the room are helpful and always kind. Better to book
