Let's start from the fact that while you are waiting they offer you wine and chips and you are still outside the restaurant. They are very good at managing the tables even without a reservation: as soon as you arrive you put yourself on the list by writing the name and number of people and they call (yelling your name) as the tables become free. Meanwhile, you warm up with the appetizer they offer. The quality of the meat is undisputed. You can find everything from chicken to Wagyu, from Fiorentina to Black Angus. In addition to a showcase for already very interesting cuts, you will find "il Cavò der Macellaio" which truly contains sublime maturation. It's beautiful to see the butcher in action with his cutlass on a log. The cooking methods are also varied from roasting to smoking at the table. It goes without saying that you "spend as you eat" although, in my opinion, there is a better quality/price ratio on important meats than on their famous grilled meats. Of course the latter is served with burgers, chips and is plentiful and varied and you can reorder it as many times as you want (all you can eat style) but it is only worth it when there are a lot of you because as a couple you won't be able to finish even the first order and the price is not very low. The environment is welcoming and typical with nice Roman phrases everywhere. The staff were courteous and prepared. The desserts are sublime, especially the decomposed tiramisu. You pay outside and at the time of payment don't forget to get their free bottle of wine... you read that right: they give it to you for free! Overall, highly recommended!

You pay for quality, in this case you pay the right amount. The minutes of waiting to enter are worth the taste of the food. I had an exceptional "la bufala" burger, tasty and cooked rare! Super recommended if you want to eat really good meat, among other things with a large portion of chips

Exceptional meat. Prices commensurate with quality.
Unfortunately though, if you are sitting close to the wall it is really cold. We asked to bring a mushroom closer with fire, but we still had to continue wearing our jackets.

We had dinner with friends, we waited outside even though the restaurant was practically almost empty. I personally ordered a rare cut which arrived uncut and cooked. Same thing for the appetizer, I ordered some nigiri which arrived incomplete compared to what they should have been on the menu (the ingredients were missing in the kitchen but no one deigned to notify). One starter just didn't arrive. Some friends were brought the wrong dishes, fillets cooked in a completely opposite way to that requested. As for the prices, they are definitely too high for what is offered.

Carne squisita e personale molto gentile. Ritorneremo per provare i tagli pregiati che hanno. Abbiamo preso una tartare scomposta alla carbonara e un taglio danese davvero buonissimi.
